Excellent service! Professional, courteous, convenient, and efficient. The staff was willing to come to our car and administer the tests to accommodate a senior member of our family. You can either have the staff member take the sample or do it yourself. You couldn't ask for better service. We got our results quickly with texts and e-mails that had links to the test results.

How grateful was I that Premium Health was available IMMEDIATELY & conveniently! I felt like I already had COVID, & I wanted to have an official test done, so with my insurance, it was covered for me to have two swab tests with Premium Health that offered one immediate result, & the other on the following (early) morning. Also, the medical assistant (or nurse), I didn’t record her name & title, she was very efficient & empathetic, as well as professional. Thank you representative for Premium Health & for the service!! Drive to the address sent to me, went to the building and was told the covid testing was out in the parking lot, no one was in the parking lot. So I got back in the car and drive around the lot thinking I just didn’t see them. No one to be found. Called the number and they say they will figure out where the “team” is and to please hold. I stay on hold for 15 min and finally hung up and called back. Talked to someone else and was told to go back into the building and up to the 3rd floor room 300B. Went up there and the room was filthy, stuff was all over the place and it looked very unsanitary and unprofessional. The gentleman then said he had to get his supplies out of his car in the parking lot. Mind you I had an appointment. So I sit there on this sticky chair feeling like absolute garbage waiting for him to come back. He is friendly and knowledgeable but the entire experience was frustrating and something I will never put myself through again.

There is NO sign on the door stating where to go and no room number was given to me on my appointment schedule. However, Amber who helped with my test, was outstanding.
However, today they were in the parking lot, and it made it much easier. Great testing site.

I haven’t received my 15 minute rapid test results yet and I went 2 hours ago.
Doesn’t matter much since I took rapid tests at home and needed PCR more than anything.
Experience was good overall, quick and painless.
Would definitely go back.

Such a fantastic testing site! Convenient, many appointments, and Amber and the front desk were so helpful, knowledgeable, and so friendly. They go above and beyond. Made the stress of COVID Testing so much better. Highly recommend.

Great visit! Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Two women who are happy to help. I was nervous because I hate dealing with rude people, just because I have a “you give me respect and I give you respect” kinda Attitude. But the two ladies working in the morning where honestly great! Really happy about my visit. Stuff like that makes me feel pleasant the entire day. So, if they happen to read this; thank you both😁
