I recently had an unfortunate experience at PremierMED that I feel compelled to share. From the beginning, setting an appointment was a frustrating ordeal. After filling out the new patient forms online and submitting them according to the initial instructions, I called to schedule my appointment, only to learn that they needed three days to input those forms into their system. I patiently waited for a call, but it wasn't until a week later that I received an email asking me to fill out the same forms I had submitted the previous week. When I informed them that I had already submitted those forms, they told me their website was not working properly.

The staff seemed disorganized and unable to provide clear answers. There were several instances in which I received conflicting information, which only added to my frustration. I believe that good communication is essential in a medical setting, and unfortunately, this facility fell short in that regard.

Due to these red flags and the overall lack of professionalism, I felt I had no choice but to seek care elsewhere. It is disheartening, as I was initially hopeful about receiving treatment there. I strongly recommend that the administration at PremierMED consider improving their appointment scheduling and staff communication to better serve patients in the future.

When I first started receiving care from this office, they were great. However, as time has progressed, I have found that the doctors are condescending towards patients with disabilities and order tests that don't help figure out the root cause of issues. Waste of money and resources. Also, their "physical " is just having blood work and reviewing results. They don't actually ask questions, test range of motion, strength or suggest shots needed.

Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere!

I have been a patient of PremierMED for quite a few years now, and have to say that Carolyn is by far one of the best care facilitators I have encountered. She embodies the meaning of what a Healthcare Professional is. She is knowledgeable and caring, and takes the time to get to know the patient. As a patient you do not feel rushed as though you are just a number in a factory. Carolyn is a true asset to this healthcare organization. They would suffer a true loss should she take her talents elsewhere.

Billing is HORRIBLE!!! My son went in for an annual appointment, addressed an issue while there and received a bill for over $200.00 which annual visits are free, with my insuranse. I've called 3 times and was told the issue would be taken care off and now it's in collections.
Another appointment was scheduled and I informed them to cancel it until the 1st payment was rectified and they sent me a bill for $50.00 no show. I addressed the issue AGAIN, the lady said she would call me back and it's now a week later and no response. We loved the doctor. Staff was great. It's the billing department that turned us away for here. Once they get the right staff there, I'm sure it would be a great place.

After 6 years I retired from this place.has a receptionist who has no empathy with the patients, she is the chubby girl,a months. ago, my husband complained to her and we almost left to change another offices, we gave a chance and this lady comes back and does it again,I don't understand how the premier can allow this lack of empathy and respect with his patients, what a shame.

Unprofessional and undependable. Cancelled our appointment with no notice. Said they emailed but didn’t. Office they booked us with was closed so they should never have booked us there. When I called they were unhelpful and inconsiderate.

The entire team, led by Misty, has consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs and ensure my well-being, scheduling same-day visits when I needed urgent assistance through Covid-related concerns. Their dedication to patient care is amazing and I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking quality medical care.

I am extremely pleased with PremierMed! Dr. Roberts, Misty, and staff are amazing. I have never experienced the level of care and dedication from a PCP that I received from them - and on my very first patient visit!

At our first appointment, Dr. Roberts was extremely thorough and spent quality time with my daughter and me. Although it is a busy practice, he made us feel as if we were his only patients. He also told me if we needed anything, to message him.

Approximately a week later, I sent him a message regarding the need for a test that had been requested for my daughter. Dr. Roberts messaged me back right away and quickly made accommodations with Misty to complete the test needed, same day, in their office. Dr. Roberts then spent additional (and unscheduled) time with my daughter to address her health care needs and provided intervention on her behalf. Without being asked, he became one of her advocates!

This office provides something that is very hard to find these days. They truly care about their patients. They are compassionate, understanding and very responsive. We are not just another charge number or case file to them.

Finding qualified, in-network providers who truly care, can be daunting. Not with this office! The level of care and concern already shown to me and my daughter (and in such a short amount of time) confirms that Dr. Roberts and his staff at PremierMed, are top-notch! They have more than exceeded my expectations and have set the bar very high for other medical providers.
