Dr Jones saved my life literally ! After she delivered my second baby on a hurt ankle she headed home. When they told her my condition, she was back IMMEDIATELY and did not leave again until she was sure I was stable. Yes waits can be long… it’s a doctor’s office. I’d you find one that doesn’t have a wait you should be worried. Yes sometimes your preferred doctor has to reschedule your appointment at the last minute… they deliver babies which at times can be unpredictable. But once you’re in that room with Dr Jones she makes you feel like you and your babies are her own family.

The staff is very nice. The 3 stars is because I had an appointment at 1045 am it took an hour to get called back for my vitals to be taken then almost another hour to be seen. Then apparently they close at 12 on Friday someone calls me at 1:15pm saying give them all back and this is when I find out they close at 12. So now I have overthink and stress if something is wrong because this person called me after their closing time. But other than that the staff is nice the front desk lady is amazing

Dr. Jones is friendly but not as thorough as doctors I’ve experienced in the past. It takes 2 weeks to get an appointment. Several times I’ve made it to the appointment just to be told that Dr. Jones wasn’t there and had to reschedule. One time I sat in the waiting room for 30-45 minutes before the office staff informed me that the ultrasound machine wasn’t working. You have to call several times before getting someone on the phone. It’s been very frustrating dealing with this office. My experience hasn’t been the greatest. Very unprofessional.

I have been apart of the Premier Women's clinic for 7 years at least. The whole staff is amazing and they actually care! I love Ms. Andrea! She gives you that favorite aunt feel. Ms Tamika at the front is so warm and inviting. Your not just a patient you become family!

Went in last week for an annual and a screening was told I would be sent a link to create a portal and I never received it. I called back several times two days later after to get the link finally got in touch with someone and was told it should be in my email in 30 minutes or less and still never received it. I have been calling daily since and haven’t been able to get in touch with anybody or heard back which is really frustrating because I would like to know about my results and I would think they would want me to know as well.

Been a patient for over 17 years. The staff has always been amazing. Dr St Jullian has been a godsend, from an obgyn to a counselor at times. She was very attentive to my cares and concerns as well as works well with the rest of my doctors to ensure I am on the correct meds and all of my treatment protocols are followed. Amazing practice and staff.

I had an appointment for 3pm for an ultrasound. I called to confirm and was told that I could come earlier because there weren’t too many people in front of me. I arrived at 2pm. By 3:16 I was finally seen only to be told that the ultrasound tech would be out for a few months. Time wasted. Money wasted. Patience limited. I hate this practice because they lack basic communication.

I love Dr. Jones! She's so personable and understanding. Always a good visit when I go. I've been going here on and off for almost 6 years. (In between moves) I've felt like family since day 1. I've also seen Kendra and shes the absolute best as well! I will say sometimes I have to call a few times to get someone on the phone, but nothing too bad. I've had nothing but great customer service.
