It was the first time having an MRI and I was a little nervous of the confinement. The staff at Premier were all excellent, very nice and get this... they actually answer the phone when you call!!!! CODY was my MRI tech and was very personable, easy to talk to and a funny guy. He lightened up the mood and answered all my questions without rushing or rudeness. Easy parking and access to office. Able to obtain your records/reports quickly and easily.

Able to get a quick appointment. Other places were up to a 2-week wait. Everyone from the front office to the technician that did the MRI was awesome. They were very thorough. I got a very detailed report. They were able to send my doctor in the valley a link to the portal so he had immediate access to the MRI. Hopefully I won't have to get any more MRIs but I guarantee you if I did I would definitely go to Premier Imaging.
