Today I decided to find a new office for my Primary Care. My doctor moved away some time ago and I'd been dragging my feet to find a new one. I'd had a physical and some one-off testing done here in the past so I was thrilled to see on the website that Primary and Preventative care was offered.

The experience was wonderful start to finish. The front office staff was welcoming and efficient. The MA asked all the right questions when taking my vitals, and my blood draw was quick and painless.

Deanie was very knowledgeable and relatable when collecting information and explaining each assessment and procedure. The staff was respectful of my privacy, and I felt safe to be honest and open about my concerns.

It feels wonderful to support such a quality healthcare office that is diverse and provides excellent care.

Great office. Annie at the front desk is always sweet, professional and smiling. Office is very clean, Dr. Brady is also amazing I have seen her twice now. I drive over 40min. To the office and it's worth it. They will also work with u ,if u have NO health insurance. Use them for your health needs, small locally owned. I found the office because my best friend is an Rn.and knows the founder Deannie. Highly recommend this office 💞🌟💫💫🌟thank u for being a great office!

I was just seen at premier today and the experience was made very easy by Candy, Jamie, and Elizabeth. They were kind and helpful in every way and Candy even made calls and went out her way to make sure my insurance went through. I think she skipped lunch too to make sure I was complete. My husband and I were seen here today and were very pleased with the staff and care. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the director and NP Deanie Singh was exceptional. This was the first time I was able to see my ear canals (on a phone) as the NP was seeing them! Her summary dictation was done in front of me and quickly and thoroughly. Walked out w/ Rx’s faxed in and printed out also.

Usually with these kinds of places even if the service isn't up to par at least the staff is but I cannot say the same for " Premier Mobile Health Services" pleasant to deal with when in the office, but other than that there are much better options for testing in the area and much more affordable pricing. I needed to get a TB test done and get a vaccine and was referred to this company. I was only able to get one of these done at this location " I was told that since covid, they no longer carry vaccines in the office."

I was able to go to "Any Lab Test Now" at 13401 Summerlin Rd #9, Fort Myers, FL 33919. Not only was I able to find the vaccine I needed, but I was actually recommended a more affordable option of just having a Titter test done since I had chicken pox as a child. And They saw that I also needed a TB test done and quoted me a much more competitive rate, unfortunately I had not found them first.

Any Lab Test Now was able to email me my lab results in 20 hours directly to my email. "Premier" after 5 business days had an automated system try to call me with a website link that I was not able to understand due to the robotic voice. And then when I called to see if it could be email to me, I was told I would need to come into the office to pick it up as I did not leave my email. I specifically double checked my email before leaving the facility as they stated they would just email it over when it was complete, and I wanted to make sure my handwriting was legible. I was also told that I signed up for a "portal" during my paperwork process to get my results. Not only was a result portal never mentioned to me, but I did not leave the facility with any paperwork stating as such. You would think if you wanted someone to create a portal to access their results you would at the very least provide a handout with how to set on up.

If you are truly looking for Premier Services at a Premier Price. I would recommend that you look elsewhere.

If you want old fashioned personal medical care then visit Nadine (Deanie) Singh and her staff at Premiere Mobile Health Services at 10676 Colonial Blvd suite #20 in Fort Myers. I had an emergency and just walked in and was treated like their best and most favorite patient. I had never been there before. But I will be going back! What a dedicated group with a great servant heart!
