One of these dirtbag pmt drivers ran a red light(with no sirens or any in any emergency)and almost killed me in Rubidoux, CA on 1/27/2024 around 8pm. Driver name supposedly “TJ” driving a van with license plate number 36881p1. Lucky for me, I seen him in time and was able to swerve out the way but he still hit me and took out my driver side mirror. Lucky for him, I had somewhere I needed to be and let him slide completely. I should’ve had him pay for my mirror but my fault for being too nice. If you ever see any of these guys on the road be careful and if you ever get into an accident with one don’t be stupid like I was.

My first one or two experiences this year were very good but it went down hill after that so no more five stars and I have actually filed a grievance against them with my insurance company, the State of California and a federal agency that oversees this type of transportation.

I am always on time for my appointments and most of the drivers are pleasant enough, however too many mishaps for return trips home from medical appointments with wait times generally exceeding 90 minutes and NO communication between dispatch and drivers on exactly where the patients are located at large medical facilities!

Thank you so much to Sanchez and Garrido for helping my grandparents out! They were so lovely and knew what they were doing! They worked fast paced to get the job done and put my grandpas health and wellness their number 1 priority!

Literally the worst service ever for my sweet grandmother. She was hospitalized at St. Bernadine’s medical center for over a month due to pneumonia and other very concerning medical issues. My grandmother told me they picked her up from the hospital they did not greet her, did not say hi, did not say who they were, did not say their name, just loaded her in the vehicle and did not speak 1 word to her the whole drive. When they arrived at her home (she has a very beautiful home) one employee said to the other “wow I wonder what they do for a living, I should quit and get a job with them”. Shortly after my father, (my grandmothers son) gets a message on his phone, from this coworker asking if he is hiring. Literally disgusting to treat people like this. We need to show compassion and empathy towards one another.

Thank you so much Sanchez & Garrido for transferring my Dad from Kaiser in Moreno Valley to Kaiser in Riverside. You both truly cared and made my dad feel so comfortable and also made me feel comfortable. You both truly show how much you care. Thank you for all you do.

The two gentlemen that transported my dad from San Antonio Hospital to a rehab facility in Rialto, Ca were awesome. Very attentive to my dads needs at the hospital, the drive between the hospital and rehab unit, and at the rehab facility and for my sister and I at the rehab facility, I can’t say enough about these two gentlemen. They were a little late getting to the hospital, but that is nothing compared to there respect for my dad, his well being and comfort, I wish I would have gotten there names. Thank you to the two gentlemen that did this for us.
