I have been a patient of Dr. Sidhu for approx 8 years. I never had an issue with her care, however her front office staff changes constantly and not with the most qualified people. Absolutely incompetent with insurance and payments. If you are seeing either of them for hbp beware as the staff will raise it through the roof. Rude and nasty. I was told they do not really care if I find another Dr. So I guess I will. I would srongly suggest you find a Dr who knows how to train and keep a staff.

I’ve seen these practitioners 3 times now, they are nice, and seem caring. I have called the office 4 times and the staff is friendly. However, after no notices in the mail or mentions by the staff on the phone, they send an ACCOUNT SERIOUSLY PAST DUE!! ! And threats to send me to collections. As a person who runs 2 medical offices I can understand this notice only if the office staff has done their due-diligence and sent out at least one notice that there is a bill due or made mention of it when on the phone, but to receive a threat of collections for $16.00 with no prior notice is an unacceptable practice in any field. We are not mind readers- you have to actually send a bill or let your patients know when they owe- happy to pay if you tell me I owe!

Dr. Sidhu is the best medical practitioner I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Dr. Sidhu is interested in understanding what the problem is and addressing the issue. She takes time to listen and asks insightful questions to better understand any ailments. Her approach to medicine is modern and supported by research and data. She does not push pills and instead does what she can to ensure a drug free healthy lifestyle. She is a true doctor in the sense that she wants a healthy patient and not just a patient that is being kept alive by pills.

She recently recommended me to a specialist who was also an amazing doctor. She is truly a top shelf clinician and I highly recommend her to anybody that is interested in a healthy and happy lifestyle.

My mother recently started going to this practice. She loves how quick she gets in and out. My moms very healthy for 74 and she is a very easy patient, but recently she had a UTI that the doctor over looked and my moms symptom were getting worse and every time she called the staff they treated her like a old complaining women that has nothing better to do, but she is a very young 74 year old who still runs her own company. She did finally go to a urgent care facility and was treated for her UTI.

Dr Sidhu has been my primary care dr for 5 years and I am very happy with my care. They remind me when i need certain yearly tests and i love her nurse Jen and office manager Jennifer. If i need to dr before my next scheduled visit i am able to get in.

Although my husband and I had a bit of a wait, we found Dr Banwatt listened carefully and explained well. We are looking to treat the cause rather than just managing symptoms with medications, and feel that a lifestyle approach is the way to go. It is great to find a doctor (and office) who is willing to work with you, rather than just check off a list of tests and meds.

Dr. Banwatt is a very kind and caring doctor. He has helped me with my hypertension and cholesterol. He recommends diet over medication if possible. A good diet has been best for me.
