The doorman receptionist very rude my second encounter with him he stopped me and asked me where I was going I told him 4 floor he told me they're not open yet to wait outside I told him no I'm with special need person I can't wait outside due to his condition he said he didn't want nobody near his face. after waiting 2 minutes he told us we could go upstairs I noticed he greeted everyone else with a good morning but not with me.he's only friendly to certain people. I have more appointments to do at this location hopefully he learns to treat all people including special needs who visit this place from the 4th floor with respect. Visited on 03/07/2025

I love reading all of these wonderul reviews of individuals who have had great experiences at Premier Healthcare & YAI Center for Specialty Therapy, because I have been so blessed 😇 to be currently having an amazing experience of multi-specialty care at the YAI clinic in Brooklyn at 175 Remsen Street. It is unusual to experience a clinic that has a combination of fantastic practitioners who are both highly trained and also very down to earth easygoing bedside manners with patients. The front desk staff, office manager and nurses station are very warm, fantastic communicators and know very well how to work with the individuals coming to this office for care. The clinic is HIGHLY focused not just on care, but also on doing all they can to assist their patients to thrive in their life. I can’t tell you how many times the staff and practitioners have repeatedly reminded me they are here to help, support in any way that is needed, and are extremely encouraging individuals who care deeply and show it all the time. That kind of caring and warmth makes a world of difference to us patients who come to YAI for care.

Dr. Krause was by far the best dentist I have gone to. She was gentle and friendly and attentive. She made my dental experience the most amazing! I will definitely see her again. And Angelica with the assist was just as spectacular. Best team there is!

I have been a patient here for a year and a half, and I have had consistently positive experiences with the staff and care team. Dr. Krause is an excellent dentist who not only takes great care of my teeth but also always gives me practical and comprehensible advice for how to improve my dental hygiene on my own. She is always kind and professional. I hightly recommend her.
