Just had my colonscopy here. It was great. Nurses and Dr. were very good. I was a little nervous but literally you go in, they give you the meds, and you wake up in recovery. No pain whatsoever. Thank you all!

Very unorganized and poor communication. First they changed my appointment and didn't tell me. Then they turned me away because they gave me the wrong preparation instructions, which I followed, but didn't give me the proper preparation instructions.

Came in for procedure ( endoscopy/colonoscopy) yesterday, check in was easy and from the time I arrived until leaving it was all done within 2 hrs .. the nurses and anesthesia were so kind, friendly and really helped to put me at ease.. if you have to do this I highly recommend this office with " Dr. Winzenried and the entire staff..

Yesterday, I had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy with Dr. Meckstroth. No one looks forward to having these procedures-especially prepping for the operation. Once I arrived, everything went as smoothly as could be. I was called in on time and met with Robert who was extremely nice and caring. Although my blood pressure was high, he immediately put me at ease. The nurse that followed him was as professional and as nice as could be. The anesthesiologist too was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Meckstroth was very personable and had a great bedside manner. He explained everything that was going to be done and what I should anticipate and asked if I had any questions. Following the procedures, he visited with me and again answered all of my questions and told me how things went.

This morning, I had a followup call from his office checking to see how I was.

I could not have been more pleased with the entire staff! I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Went in for a Colonoscopy and was in and out in an hour. The staff were very kind and were great with the jokes and small talk.
Dr Berrios was kind and informative with my questions. The only thing I will say is the place is a little run down.

Nothing but 5 stars the entire process. Dr Grace and her support staff are amazing. My nurses and recover team - so loving so kind and such dedicated professionals. Will refer my family and friends in a heartbeat. Thank you to the entire team at PEC!!!

Poor communications. Had to leave a message have not received a return call. They gave us no clue they are still enforcing the archaic COVID protocol rules. Which makes me question their medical knowledge if they still think the protocols help in any way. With all the other choices out there this should be your last for health care.
