There was only one other review on here so I thought I’d add a voice. I’ve come to this office for both OB and primary services and so far they have been kind and accommodating. I needed an appointment expedited and a nurse went above and beyond to get me in within my timeframe (Called me out side of business hours after she convinced the provider to add a time slot ). If there is room for improvement it is definitely the phone line. It takes forever to reach anyone and last month the phone lines were just completely down... for a week. Not sure how that wasn’t taken care of. I walked in to talk to someone in person (because the phones were down) and the brunette at the front desk shrugged it off when I said I’d been trying to reaching them for days. 😬

This is the worst place to seek any kind of health care. Just to schedule an appointment I have waited more then 20mins on hold. The medication refill line states that it will take 48-72 hours (no not business hours) to process refills or answer any questions, however, I have waited 5 days now for a simple refill on my birth control pill that I have been on for 9 years! I hate this place, and if I could afford another physician I would tell these imbeciles to take a hike.
Other then 1 medical assistant the entire staff is rude, and especially the red headed bee hive lady at the front desk.
