I've always enjoyed premiere. I've been going there for about 5 or 6 years. Dr. Christmas really listens to what issues you have. I wouldn't think of going to another doctor. The doctors and nurses and staff have always been great. They always help get you in and out as quick as possible.

My dentist appointment got rescheduled from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm . I get there and I was greeted by the most greatest dental assistant! He was great ! Now the actual dr she was nice at first but then when I said I feel pain in my gums after her numbing the site she said she can’t work while I’m making noises of discomfort. She also stated that she had 2 patients waiting to be seen that she couldn’t wait around for me to continue to get more numb After she elevated my gums this is what she told me and she said she recommends that I go to a specialist. I feel so much discomfort and pain now left with my gums swollen and bleeding because she was rushing to help her other schedule appointments. I went in with a sensitivities on my tooth to now throbbing pain !

It’s been my privilege to be cared for by each and every Department here on Rowan Road. What a wonderful new facility it is. Big shout out to Dr. Terry Christmas my Primary Doctor. She takes the time to listen to my needs, concerns & to my own research as I self advocate for my health, much respect is given both ways! Thank you to the whole staff for all your patience.
Have another great year in our community!!!

I hadn't been to a gynecologist in 10 years due to never feeling heard and thinking that it would never change in that field. I was SO wrong! I was greeted kindly by the receptionist on my arrival (i wish I would've gotten her name!), had my intake done by Josalynn, she was so welcoming and definitely calmed my nerves just by her personality. Doctor Smith was fantastic! He was easy to talk to and I felt heard for the first time in forever! He was efficient and gentle, he offered many options and I chose what care was most comfortable and fit my needs. I highly recommend them, I genuinely felt supported today!

After years of being missed diagnost and many ER visits and extended hospital stays with no answers. Someone recommend Premier Community Health. It's been about 5 years since I had my first appointment with Dr Christmas and she took the time and sincerely listen to what I had been dealing with for years. Since under her care I have not been admitted to a hospital and to date she is still the sincere, caring, knowledgeable Dr. I met on day one. When your health is in question and you quality of life is affected the Dr who's care you are under becomes a very important part of you. I am so thankful for her, all she has done for me and continues to do.

It is very uncomfortable when a parent has to leave their child in the hands of strangers. I have never been to this office and their policies are absurd. I felt unease that my child is left alone in the back of an office with strangers. I understand they are paid professionals, but they are strangers to me because I have never been to this office or met the dentist. I have two appointments, 45 minutes apart from one another. I have two children that need to be seen. One would think that this clinic would be more lenient when it comes to bringing an extra child with you because one drove 45 minutes to come to this office. I am sitting in this office and I am blinded because I am not able to go inside the room with my son to speak to the dentist or meet the dentist. The dental assistant will come and talk to me and tell me everything is good. That does not make me feel at ease in any way possible. I know it makes other parents uncomfortable. This policy has to change. It is not okay to take one's children to the back without the present of a parent or an adult. Does clinic think a child is capable of making their own decisions? I am a concern parent and unease when it comes down to these polices. Either change the way the system works or change the policies.

I absolutely love Teresa Christmas and this doctors office! She takes her time with you and truly listens to your concerns. The entire staff is so kind and helpful. If you are looking for a doctor who cares and really wants to help Teresa Christmas is the one. I have been a patient now for a few years and I have even convinced multiple family members to switch!

I usually like going here but since having to go to the ER Twice since January 23,2025 and then having to have a follow up w BUFF who does NOT listen to her patients nor does she NOT help them out! I literally have gone through the steps of what she has asked of me as far as scheduling with Behavioral health and then medication management … WHICH TAKES TIME.. still refusing to help refill my prescription that she gave me on Jan 28 that only lasted MAYBE 8 days as I was supposed to take 1 4x/day (and she told me if one wasn’t helping take another) !
Well my anxiety has been OUT OF CONTROL due to my health which these doctors just LOOK at me and assume I’m fine bc the blood work they’ve ordered has come back okayish and I don’t APPEAR sick even though I’ve lost 30 POUNDS since November!!! I can BARELY eat and my heart is pounding out of my chest! I understand they are not GI specialists but to be treated as if I’m FINE when I’m not is DISGUSTING!.
