I highly recommend Dr. Karly Allen for those returning to sport after injury. I had a hard trail running fall that pulled my glute, injured my knee, and tightened my hamstring terribly (I had no idea how compromised my range of motion was until she showed me what was going on). I was training for a long trail race and was unable to run without pain. Dr. Allen was the perfect match for my needs: she is an athlete herself (ballet, triathlons, Rachel Carson Trail Challenge finisher), runs the office "Back to Sport" program, and took me (a middle aged woman trying to reach her distance running goals) seriously. Our twice-weekly office visits were scoped appropriately and graduated in intensity over time to build strength and balance in my weak areas, and also included pain relief and management interventions (massage, muscle scraping). The take home exercise plan Dr. Allen created for me went beyond just strengthening my injured areas, but was a more holistic approach to give strength, balance, and mobility to the surrounding support areas (core, quads, hip flexors). I was able to do the race I wanted to do without pain, and am continuing to do the take home exercises because the whole experience was more than just "fixing" me, it was an education in how to keep fitter and stronger for the long haul. I have been able to keep training and running without pain. Thanks, Karly!

My experience with Precision has always been amazing. Recently I just got UCL reconstruction and had my first 8 weeks of my rehab with Troy and Alex and I could not have been more satisfied. Everyday they have a positive attitude and listen to the athlete to find out the best way to progress.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Precision Physical Therapy. I spent most of the last two years working with Karly to rehab from surgeries on both of my knees and she is one of the most kind, patient and knowledgeable people I’ve ever met. If you’re looking for a physical therapist in the north hills area, give them a try!

I have been seeing Mike for a couple of years for a variety of issues and he is hands down, the best, most insightful and knowledgeable PT I’ve ever been to. Will never go to anyone else!
He is very focused on not just recovery, but building back stronger to prevent future issues. He is very patient and thorough and I’m so grateful to him for all the help!

Mike and the team are incredibly knowledgeable and also down to Earth. I have been seeing Mike for about 2 months for a grade 3 shoulder separation. As a powerlifter who was told by my ortho that I didn’t need PT and could do it on my own, I knew this wasn’t an option. Mike has taken me from being in a sling with minimal range of motion, to bench pressing and full range of motion. His therapy works if you work it and he is willing to work with you to meet your needs. You won’t regret going to Precision Physical Therapy.
