Precision Adult Care was excellent! I originally meet with Henry over the phone, when he went to visit my mom, he put me on speaker so I could hear the whole conversation (I was 9 hours away), he kept me updated on any changes. The staff that worked with my mom were wonderful!

I can't speak highly enough of Precision! I first met Henry in 2020 when I was in the process of helping an elderly friend move to Palm Springs and we needed some in-hotel care support while finding him a long-term assisted living home. Henry and team were instrumental in helping us find the right long-term home, where my friend lived in relative independence for two years as I took on more of his financial and health affairs. As my friend's health declined, Henry and his team of caregivers provided companion care services and worked seamlessly alongside both the staff at the assisted living facility and then, eventually, the team from the hospice home care group. They would come up with activities that my aging friend could comfortably do with them from games to cards to movies and music. If we gathered a small group to go to lunch or dinner, they would assist with transfers and join for the meal to make sure that my friend stayed comfortable, help adjust him in his wheelchair, etc. He always had great things to stay about the staff that supported him and I watched several long-term relationships form. As his needs increased and their visits went from a few hours a day to nearly around the clock, he continued looking forward to his favorite staff members' visits. They are a very professional and caring group and helped greatly with the transition into end-of-life care. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone with similar needs for an aging relative or friend.
