I noticed some charges being charged twice to my account. I called to resolve it but the person that I spoke with me didn’t want to deal with the situation and was very nonchalant. I felt like she was speaking down to and at me. I asked if I can come in and speak with someone. The lady at the front desk was amazing! Kenna Irby, you need to be recognized for making patients feel like they can safely advocate for themselves. She had everything printed for me and asked me to have a seat at her desk. Asked me if I wanted something to drink, gave me time to review my bill and preceded to review it with me. So patient and comforting. Mrs. Irby, I truly appreciate you bring humanity to your healthcare profession.
