The team at Practical Management Inc. are efficient, communicative and friendly. Dr. Eileen Davdison, in particular, demonstrates a detail for care that has made her an excellent medical provider. She has been patient with me during our visits and taken the time to explain any necessary information. I must say that I am extremely impressed with this doctors office… My legal name is Sylma and today was my first time visiting this doctors office. I felt so welcomed, and everybody was very attentive. Dr. Dieguez was very friendly with incredible bedside manners. I felt like he was really listening to my concerns and he really cared. The girls at the office Jessyca and Myrna were on point when it came down to handling all the administrative work. Jessyca even helped me schedule an appointment with a specialist outside of their practice. Not to mention I got my appointment date wrong, but Myrna made an exception and allowed me to still see the doctor. Oh and let me not forget Marquette, the phlebotomist! Sweet girl, very professional, and very gentle I didn’t even feel the needle going into my vein! Thank you for your professionalism, guys! I recommend this practice to everyone, 100%!

Practical Management Inc and Dr. Scot English have been providing high quality health care to the members of the community for over 20 years. My wife and I have been patients for a long time and we are very satisfied with the service we receive. All patients are treated with respect in an professional environment.
Appointments to see a physician are readily available. Phone calls are returned in a timely manner. Referrals to specialists are handled expeditiously. The office will communicate with your preferred pharmacy so your prescriptions will be available to you when you need them.
Dr English and his staff, Jessyca, Lourdes, Marquette and Myrna work very hard and simply do fantastic job.

I’m not a big fan of going to the Doctor, but after meeting Dr. Scott English and his staff that all changed. Dr. English and his staff are very professional and very welcoming. Dr. English listens to you and your issue, I never felt rushed on any of my visits. I highly recommend going to Practical Management for your medical issues.
