Dr. Powell has been my mother's primary for over 3 years. She is an amazing, thoughtful and attentive healthcare professional. She listens patiently and compassionately all the while addressing mother’s concerns.

Her care goes beyond the office setting. When there’s an after hours emergency she was quick to respond and provide support; with immediate solutions for her health care needs.

Shout out to her staff as well. Vladimir is awesome!! He answered so many more questions, followed up, and re-followed up when necessary. He helped to put my mind at ease, which was tremendous! I’m so grateful for this amazing healthcare team.

This was my 1st appointment and initially I wasn’t pleased, I was given the wrong time for appointment with rep who made appointment, then I waited for about an hour before being scene. I had to keep going to front desk to get status. Once I was scene by nurse practitioner she was apologetic and advised Dr. was short staffed and she was trying to help out. Once I was able to see Dr. Powell she was empathetic as well and reminder of appointment went smooth. She is very thorough which is greatly appreciated.

I’ve been treated by both Leandra Monroe, PA and Dr. Michelle Powell. Honestly, my experience with both has been excellent. They have been very knowledgeable, attentive and guiding towards my health journey. I’ve also seen improvement with office staff; I am pleased and am hoping for great results for myself and all those who are current/future patients.

I have known Dr. Powell for a few years and my mother became her patient. My mother was under her care until she passed away last year in October 2022. Dr. Powell is an absolutely amazing caring and compassionate individual. Dr is her title howevr she is so much more and she takes the time to listen, explain and provide the care needed. She did her best to help me through my mom illness often times going above and beyond when I was so frustrated and confused with my mom's condition and other issues. She recommended an awesome onconlogist who together with Dr. Powell treated my mom, I could go on an on. I want to say thank you Dr. Powell, Munroe and staff for your kindness, compassion, and tolerance. God Bless You All!!!

I recently was unsatisfied with the way my treatment plan was being handled and Dr. Powell was unaware of what was going on .Once Dr. Powell was aware of what was going on she called me directly and rectified the situation. I must say that is a great Dr. and takes the time to listen to you and does everything with in her power to treat you and make sure that you are satisfied with her office and your concerns.
