If i could leave a zero i would. They held both my girls down without speaking to them or explaining anything at all which is extremely traumatizing for a toddler. Also the dentist who cleaned my daughter's teeth told me she just was putting "vitamins" on my daughter's teeth and proceeded to put fluoride on her without asking me and I was not happy about that at all. Would not recommend

Horrible Horrible Horrible experience!!!! I took my 4 year old and will never go back. They held my son down to look in his mouth without explaining anything to him. This was his first time at the dentist. They billed for a cleaning which he never got. This office should not work with little kids! We went to a new dentist.

First time here with my kiddos. I Was very impressed. The waiting room is cute and has a lot of chairs. When we went, it was a little crowded. There are 3 separate tables for the kids to play at.
The staff was amazing!
Dr Daley is the best! His sense of humor is awesome.
I am so glad that he will be taking care of my kids from here on out!
I definitely recommend this place and for me being very close to our house is a bonus!

I am here to boast on Pottstown Pediatric Dentistry (PPD). I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility and the professionals who work here. Initially, my children were seeing a pediatric dentist in Phoenixville, who had stellar reviews; however, once my son started having issues and several appointments resulting in zero solution, it was time to seek out a second opinion. PPD immediately heard my concerns and receptionist Valerie was able to get my little guy in right away. By the end of the appointment, a care plan was in place. This morning, I called regarding my daughter and some discomfort she was experiencing; without hesitation, the receptionist (Valerie), booked us for the afternoon. My daughter was able to see Dr. Mike, who was an absolute dream (especially for someone with a weary momma heart like mine). He was thorough, kind, and put me at ease. We are so thankful to have found this practice! Thank you PPD and team!

I have to leave this 5 star review. My daughter would not get her teeth filled at 2 other dentists offices. Dr. Jay and his staff are amazing. She was nervous but they made her feel completely comfortable and safe and she got it done! We had a wonderful experience here! She is no longer afraid to go back she is actually excited and I am a very happy mom.

Today was my first time ever at Pottstown Pediatric Dentistry, and it was such a great experience. My son is special needs and it has been a struggle for me to find someone who understands a special needs child. The dental hygienist and Dr. Mike took there time with my son and made him feel so excited just to be at the dentist! This dentist office is filled with activities in the waiting room for the children to explore and then the dental room itself is child friendly! I walked out of here with tears on my face today because my son was treated like a star! He even got to put his name on the No cavity tree which was one of his favorite parts!

I took my granddaughter who is afraid of the dentist because she was never taken before. Instead of comforting her and explaining what they were doing they manhandled her and held her down trying to look at her mouth. She was terrified!!!! Crying and trying to get up. They continued to hold her down. Finally he got angry with her and gave up. I took her to another pediatric dentist and she was so scared she wouldn’t let the dentist near her mouth. I blame Pottstown for her fear. I now must take her back for sedation dentistry.

They were awesome. So patient and took things slow. My five year old hasn’t been to the dentist since she was three due to a bad experience with the dentist. They made her feel so comfortable. They also walked me through the process of fillings and caps.
