This is for the dental department. They don't deserve even one star. 2 bad experiences with them. First one the hygienist was rude for I asked if it was my turn on the time of my appointment. She said " I don't know why people in a rush!" Second one they called me to cancel my appointments due to a lack of communication between the different health center and the staffs. I called to discuss, the front desk lady out on me on hold without letting me know. So I was talking to the air! Poor customer service skill.

Once past the waiting area and into the clinic itself, the staff is very friendly, doctors are knowledgeable, passionate and seemingly no bs which is needed in this profession. Intake didn't take very long at all, but about ~3 weeks to see my PCP for the first time. Nurses also friendly, efficient and decently organized, even if English isn't necessarily their strong suits I nevertheless got all information needed and lab results smoothly done. The fact it's a 12 minute walk from my home doesn't hurt either.

I love this clinic because everyone there is patient, true and dedicated to their job and patients. just a lovely crew. Couldn't ask for a better Doctor either. Dr. Miller, is the best doctor there is. She takes the time to listen to your needs. Also gives you the care you need at that time. The kind of person everyone should have in there life. Her staff is great also. Everyone there always have a smile.

This is for the dental clinic. WOMEN SHOULD NOT GO HERE. Dr. Reyes is a creep. He told me he'd give me money to come in for my dental appointment after office hours, while the clinic was closed. He mentioned it would be "just the two of us." He yelled at me when I told him I was uncomfortable with that idea and demanded that I show up anyways. I didn't show up so he called me to yell at me. I called the dental clinic to complain and they told me to come back in four weeks and tell their boss about it.

As a healthcare worker, I can say the Dr. Emily Wister is one of the best doctors in the CHN system. I know her to be knowledgeable, sensitive to a patient's needs and generally a really good doc! I wish we could clone her.
