So much better than I expected!
I have never utilized an urgent care/walk in clinic in Central Florida. I went in around 2 PM on a Saturday. People were polite, wait time was 5 to 10 minutes and service was excellent. I would definitely use this place again.

From the time I entered i was treated very nicely. Checking in was fast and within minutes I was taken to the back. The gentleman that took care of me was very pleasant and concerned. He made me very comfortable while waiting for the doctor. The doctor came in and she was very informational and caring, explained everything in detail. I was very sick and not feeling well be they made it a great experience.

Outstanding service by a team that seems to genuinely enjoy providing care. I unfortunately felt the need to visit after flying in for vacation and I thought for sure it would take the whole day. They were so quick and friendly that it set the new standard for what I think an urgent care can be like.

The staff at the US 1 location was so amazing and the wait time was less than 10 minutes if that. Paola Reynolds was so caring and knowledgeable. She even told me when she would be back at that location if my treatment plan wasn’t helping to call her and she would change it. She is truly in the right profession. Thank you guys for a great experience.

Service was excellent. Went in and was treated very kindly by the Dr and staff. Special care when BP was found to be 202/143. They would not allow me to leave until it had gone down and I felt better. That's not even what I went in there for. Received antibiotics scripts, allowed to rest and when I felt better was allowed to leave. But advised to return if BP came back up. I felt very well taken care off.

This was my first visit here and blessed that there were no patients in the waiting room when I came in just after lunch tim. The young man at the front desk was knowledgable and very nice and helpful.
The Nurse Practitioner I saw was amazing, thorough and explained everything well in regard to my medicine. My memory is not great but want to say her name was Amy or maybe Amelia (sorry)? Either way for a first time it went quickly. Thank you!

Don’t know how people survived before Medfast. Medfast in Port St. John has the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctors & staff. Dr. Paulo-Reynolds is a miracle worker. My only complaint is unfortunately she’s not my primary care physician. She’s my hero!!
