Nice clean clinic with quick attentive & caring Staff. The MA was exceptional. She'll make a Great APRN, PA or MD if she wants to. APRN was nice & listened to my concerns without assuming anything. She helped me more than she may ever know. Even the receptionist was friendly and helpful. You can tell this Staff really cares.

Was greeted by a pleasant receptionist, filled out the paperwork and was taken back pretty quickly. The nurse was pleasant and efficient. After a little bit of a wait the practitioner came in and was also pleasant and seemed knowledgeable.

This was my third experience there and never had any issues. Would recommend.

I had a good experience at Port St John MedFast Urgent Care today. Maybe it was an abnormally slow day, or this is typical of the area (I come from an area with 3.1m residents). There were 5 people in line in front of me. I was out the door in about 90 minutes. The front office staff was respectful and courteous. The physician was knowledgeable and professional. I didn’t feel rushed. She was very thorough. I would definitely return if I needed urgent care in the future.

The staff from the top to the bottom has been nothing but pleasant and knowledgeable. My family has come for physicals and sickness over the last few years, everyone we have encountered has been pleasant, receptive, and thorough, and each time has been a great experience. It's comforting to have an urgent care like this nearby. Thank you guys.

I'm from Virginia visiting my granddaughter in cocoa beach for thanksgiving. I had what I thought was a bug that was progressively making me sicker and sicker. So this clinic being close by is where we chose. After being taken in by staff so professionally I found out I had a sinus infection which I had no idea that it would make me feel so horrible. After talking with the doctor, she gave me two prescriptions. After taking the first dose of each, I'm starting to feel better already. With me feeling as bad as I was feeling, this is definitely the type of setting, the type of positive energy, and the
type of care and compassion I needed. The is a good part of starting the healing process. Thank you staff so much for making this visit a great experience. That's a lot to say about having to make a doctor's visit.❤️

I had an excellent experience during my visit. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The nurses were kind and attentive. The doctors were understanding and explained everything clearly. Overall, I truly appreciate the dedication of the entire team!

All the staff was professional. Treated me as if I was the only. patient in their clinic.
I went to Med Fast because I thought I had a sprained ankle.
Not so lucky,it was x-rayed and xray showed a break.

Incredibly kind,compassionate care that started with Breanna at check in. I was feeling so terrible I struggled with basic paperwork. She even helped me find my insurance card & medication list in my new phone. I was quickly tested and diagnosed with the flu & within 30 minutes I was on my way.
