I have been a patient at PVWC for years and I don’t know what I would do without them! I usually come in monthly for my maintenance adjustment but I recently moved and I pulled my back out lifting boxes - they were able to work me in for an emergency appointment within the hour! The staff is always friendly and they treat their patients like family! If you’re looking for a great team to help you with your wellness goals, this is the office for you!

I was in pain for months going to my PCP left me with no relief. Physical therapy for weeks also provided little relief. I decided to give Chiropractic Care a chance and made an appointment with Ponte Vedra Wellness Center in Nocatee - so glad I did. I was pain free after only a few visits and felt better overall than I had in months. Dr Adams is gentle yet effective and has a great bedside manor listening to my concerns and explaining the process. Office is professional, clean and following CDC guidelines to keep patients safe.

Was very disappointed. Went in for what seems to be a pinched nerve in my neck. Very painful and my right arm was numb and tingly for several days prior to me making an appt. First complaint, my initial visit was only filling out paperwork and talking to the Chiro. He did check my posture and felt around a bit, not nearly as much as other chiro's..... but no adjustment as they wanted me to get X rays first. I understand professionally they want to see x rays first but other chiro's have adjusted me with all kinds of other injuries no problem w/o Xrays...mind you i was in extreme pain, not sleeping and was hoping for some relief. Second complaint, No advice on stretching or positions etc. I could to do at home to relieve the pain, basically sent me on my way to get x rays in extreme pain.... Third complaint, they did elctro stimulis (not sure if correct), the little pads that stimulate your muscles...In my humble non chiropractic opinion this will do nothing for a pinched nerve, not to mention they didn't put them on my neck. On my third visit I asked the chiro about cervical traction to relieve pinched nerve pain as opposed to the electro simuli things...he said yes they do this and would I like it? Not sure why this was not mentioned in my previous visits as an option, I am going there as a patient to ask for professional advice not to tell them what I want....I have lived in 6 different states in the U.S. and have seen chiro's in all of them...would not recommend this place. Overall felt not taken care of and seemed like I was just another number.

I became a patient at PVWC a year ago when I got into a car accident and herniated a disc. I was in shock and terrified upon hearing this news because I didn't know what this meant for my future. PVWC not only did an amazing job with my recovery, but also took the time to sit down and educate me and answer all of my questions. They also handled all of my insurance inquiries and took care of everything for me, so I didn't have to stress. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family and owe them a lot for getting me through a very rough time in my life.

Dr. Hamer and her staff run one of the best chiropractic clinics in town. Dr. Hamer and her staff have treated me for my lower back from both work and traffic accidents. Dr. Hamer has done wonders to reduce and alleviate my back pain. I would and plan to recommend her services to all who are need of those services!
