Just done. For the third time of my last 2 appointments they confirmed my appt just to cancel it a few hrs later and then tell ME to call to reschedule like I cancelled the appointment.

Ive been coming here for almost 2 years and have yet to have a bad experience. Every nurse I’ve had is extremely sweet and doesn’t judge me for any of my personal choices, which makes me feel more comfortable.
EDIT: I changed my review to 2 stars. While I stand by my pleasant experiences with the nurses, the last time I called I was helping my sister set up an appointment and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and got mad at me for asking if she needed information that she never asked me for. I sincerely hope she doesn’t talk to other women like that.

I experienced one of the worst visits in my entire life. One of the nurse there, ( after getting crappy service, she didn’t want to give me her name, one of a Hispanic descent, black ponytail) was incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. She was judgemental about my sexual risk, was condensing and looked down upon me like she never engaged in unprotected behavior. Suffering from anxiety, I warned her that she was making me upset and after that she directed me to leave the office. Not only was I sobbing uncontrollably, she really didn’t seem to care. The co workers seemed to worry about protecting their own instead of correcting the mistakes of their co worker. The pregnant lady with the glasses at the front desk was very heartwarming and genuine, comforting me. Look, I untimely understand what I did was wrong and stupid, but I came to the clinic to get help, I’m doing the right thing! Why upset a patient who’s trying to do the right thing? Instead she looked at my patient chart to shame me. Never again, she ruined my entire clinic experience. Now I opted for at home test & home delivered birth control. Whomever that nurse is, I hope she gets fired. She was so unprofessional, her remarks still upset me to this day. She needs her license revoked.

If I could give no stars I would and I NEVER leave reviews!! I’m currently at the hospital because this place caused my mom so much pain when removing and installing her IUD. Atleast they called an ambulance for her!!! My mother almost passed out from the pain. Not to mention my mother says the person who did her IUD procedure was not wearing a mask or wearing a light to help see during the procedure.

My mother went in for an appointment here because she didn't have insurance and the Doctor (Turell?) flat out said "You don't have insurance? You're just wasting my time". He was rude for the rest of the appointment and didn't say much else to her. Two weeks later and still no call or anything with results from tests so she calls in to get them. Worst service EVER!!!!! I would NOT recommend this place or that doctor to ANYONE!! You'd be better of going to the ER!! And don't even get me started on Social Services!! It's all a joke!!!

Very nice and pleasant staff. It was cleaner than a lot of places I’ve been to. The lobby has a nice tv with entertaining commercials about health. The doctor was very kind, respectful and thorough when asking questions. Very knowledgeable staff. Explained things that other doctors failed to mention. I enjoyed going to this location and highly recommend it.

My appointment was at 8 am and I was out by 9:15. I was so nervous to get my Mirena taken out. My nurse Jean was so nice and personable, she made me feel very comfortable! Thank you Jean!!

Gave me an appointment for 6:15 pm which I thought was strange but they said it was the last appt, showed up before 5:30pm and no one in sight, doors locked. Appt was repeated back to receptionist who confirmed it when the appt was made. Not to mention trying to get ahold of someone took over 30 min when calling, and you can only book appts for the next day, not days in advance.

Update: when I finally got another appointment to see them, things went fine. However, I was getting an IUD, which required the inital appt and a follow-up appt to put it in. When I went to make the second appt, they switched their policy in the time between appts so that you could make appts ahead of time, so I had to delay my appt another month before I could get it in. Would've been nice to know ahead of time of that policy switch. Also, this update is about 6 months after the IUD was put in, and I had to have it removed because it was about to fall out. I don't believe that is the fault of the doctor who put it in, as that can happen (which is why you need to have IUDs regularly checked on), but it may be helpful for some to know.
