I've had nothing but great experiences here. Been 3 times for myself and 2 family members over the past few months. Never had a long wait, friendly staff, in and out and they do a great job. I've called to pick up copies of images and they were very friendly and helpful. There are other imaging places closer to me, but I chose to come here due to the very quick and efficient service I received.

Terrible experience, let me count the ways:
- Did you know that even if this place is in network with your health insurance, because this place is affiliated with a HOSPITAL, your co-insurance and their rates are 5 TIMES higher than if you went to a regular imaging facility. Eg. Diagnostic Medical Group, or United Medical Imaging Healthcare. Save money and go to a regular imaging facility!
- appointments are hard to get compared to a regular imaging facility. I was able to get one from UMIH with in a few days
- staff here all have bad attitudes
- facility is dirty and crammed, feels gross just sitting in the waiting room
- imaging techs are not nice and not helpful
- because of the affiliation with hospital, it does alot of teaching, so you will get medical students during your exam, and if you don't like that, there's no way around it.
- their patient portal is the WORST I've EVER seen!

CAUTION I was told my insurance company would only cover $100 of the procedure and I would need to pay the rest out of pocket about $700. Or I could pay $600 cash. I decided to pay the full m amount in cash. Just got a bill showing they billing my insurance company for $501 and got paid!!!!! Basically got paid twice for services at different pricing rates. Still trying to collect more money. They are liars and steal from people

Big thankful to staff Yesenia and Obev (sorry I might spell the name wrong). We came very late toward the closing time, they try their best to help us to get the X-ray done. They also work overtime to help me to get what we need! They are very nice and helpful! Highly recommended!

Last April My son have a stomach pain at night, so I brought him to the Pomona Valley Hospital medical center E.R. the nurse gave my son tylenol, take urine samples and drew some blood 4 hours later the doctor came and kind of exam my son by pressing his stomach, then saying everything is normal and we can go home. to my surprise the bill came out to be too hard to swallow. no wonder why our insurance bill are so high, it's because of this nonsense charges over $1,900.00 for five hour stay in the emergency room with no nurse or Doctor, when the Doctor finally came it took him at the most less than five minutes to exam my son.the Lab work charges is even worst more than $1,900.00 even with insurance we can not afford to get sick! so next time stay home and Die no charges from the Hospital

Today was my second visit to this doctor's office. I'm very happy here the office is super clean the nursing staff is super nice easy to talk to and they answered all my questions. My doctor witch I forgot her name already because I have M.S she was super nice as well
I recommend anybody looking for a good doctor's office this is the place
