Clean, every person I came in contact with was very helpful and very friendly... Nicholas the PA was very good, he was very friendly, spent as much time as we needed with him and answered all of our questions. By far, the most efficient, friendly, clean urgent care I have ever visited. Would highly recommend using the wait list accommodations on line as it makes the wait time actually having to be present very reasonable.

Best urgent care I have ever received. I brought in my 1 year old and they took us in as walk ins and didn’t take very long. They all seemed concerned about her well being and were so sweet to us. I love how everyone was so nice and how clean the place is.

I've left two reviews one for a doctor and one for Urgent Care and both of them are gone so if you don't give them a good review they'll remove it just to show that they have good status with them the doctor Claudia Lopez is a horrible person people at Urgent Care are horrible people I shouldn't have to fill out seven pages to have a TB test done it was my first time there didn't know what to do the lady filled out the the little tablet to check me in but that was it I went and sat down 15 minutes later I'm still sitting there people that had come in after me have gone in before me wondering what's going on not realizing and no one telling me to check the phone and you need to complete the the paperwork they sent you on your phone so I started filling out this paperwork some of it I didn't know because she's just my sister-in-law and I wasn't with her when she was born but they wanted me to put down any information. I found the reviews but they're so far down that you can't even see them all I want up there is the five-star rating they don't want no one to see the bad rating

Dr. Homer-Bertrand and the staff including Ruben were amazing! I called several urgent cares before finding this one that had a physician available. She was so thorough and it was very efficient. I appreciate the great care they gave us today!

Pomona Valley Urgent Care is superb. The admission staff, nursing staff and my PA Jess Zablan was the best. He was professional, friendly, thorough, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is always tidy and clean during my visits. I was in and out in no time.

Excellent work ethic and plenty of space to learn about my needs and care for them thoughtfully. We had a personal conversation about the importance of my care and found overlapping interests. It was superb Urgent Care for me and I would always go there when needed.

Wait for an urgent care walk-in was reasonable – less than 30 minutes. Jesse was wonderful! Very professional and knowledgeable. Thorough in his descriptions and explanations, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns that I had.

Everyone here was very kind and patient. I was tended to with minimal wait. I was given options and thoroughly had my concerns addressed. All of my questions were answered. The entire staff and PA made it a pleasant experience. They followed up like they said they would and gave me clear instructions of what should follow my urgent care visit. The provided exceptional care.
