I got to know them better now, I feel like they're my family. Dr. Gary Bernard, Cat, Ben and all the staff is an excellent team, I brought my whole family here. The Pharmacy people specially Austin and Logan are my favorite. Setting a schedule with Nedra is a breeze. Rick and Sarah are excellent in handling the front office. The reason why 4 is to give them room for improvement on waiting time.

Dr Bernard was recommended by a friend, so I made apt and first thing dr bernard said to me after seeing my labs front Veterans administration was that I had satisfied prostate cancer, her referred me for a prostate mri and even after mri he insisted I had prostate cancer, then referred me to a urologist who said I DID NOT have prostate cancer, only BPH, went back to dr bernard for follow up but no apology from him he prescribed finasteride which caused much dizziness and blured vision, then prescribed ivermectin for 10 days and the prescribed testosterone cream and never evaluated my reason for my initial visit, so I will never visit his practice again and will never refer him to anyone, BECAUSE ALL HE WANTS TO DO IS PRESCRIBE HS FORMULAS WITHOUT CARING FOR HIS PATIENTS

The wait is a little long, however, if you go to any DR. you will have some wait. What I really like about Dr. Bernard is the fact that he tries to give you medication to fix your problem. Almost every Dr. wants to send you to another place that is a specialist. Drs. that you have never even met. I have found that the result from doing that is never better. Even if the problem is not better within a couple days, Dr. Bernard and his additional Drs. try to help you fix your problem until it is done. NO Dr. office calls to see if you are doing better, Simply they are too busy. Some point we all have to take responsibility to help fix our own problems even if we need to call them a couple times. I mean if the open door in his office is a problem You can be the responsible one and say I would appreciate it if you shut the door. I've never seen children there and that means as adults simply SPEAK UP

My doctor is great but I can not say the same for the staff. They do not return calls in a timely manner. It took them almost 2 weeks to call me concerning a need. When the nurse did call me back, she advised me she had been on vacation and when she returned that day, she saw that I had called multiple times over the last week and a half and had no record of anyone in the office calling me back. Now, I'm trying to get test results and again, I've called and called and called and again no return calls. This has caused so much inconvenience.

Literally the best pharmacy w the best people. The Bernards are amazing people who truly care abt their patients. Fast fills and even better… sharing laughter with everyone there!

I recently visited Dr. Gary C. Bernard's office for a routine check-up, and I was extremely disappointed with the level of care I received. First of all, Dr. Gary C. Bernard owns his own pharmacy and he insisted that I buy all of my medications from him, even though I wanted to fill my prescriptions at another pharmacy. He claimed it was for my own good, but I strongly believe that he was only trying to make a profit off of me.

Furthermore, the medications he prescribed were not medically necessary and did not address my specific health concerns. I felt like he was just trying to sell me as many medications as possible, without any regard for my well being.

I would not recommend Dr. Gary C. Bernard to anyone. His greed and lack of concern for his patients' health make him a poor choice for a healthcare provider.

Making a 9am appointment here means nothing to these people. If your lucky, you might see your doctor an hour later. It's complete nonsense. Bernard is only interested in how many people he can get through the door and out. He charges a premium for products that do not live up to what was promised. I know a dozen people that have left here never to return because of scheduling, pricing and front office attitude. If I could find another doctor close to where I live I would go there. The whole operation needs an attitude adjustment, and realize why they are truly here.

They are the best!!!. I was so sick when I first went there. They helped me in so many ways. I am back on my feet and living the time of my life. I can not Thank everyone there enough for all there help.
