I called the office recently and they were going to call me back and never followed through. Took my father there for visit and wait was hour and half without anyone even taking copay and realizing the wait would be 2+ hours we left the office and will not be going back. Some of the docs there are good and once past the front office the nursing staff are polite but I need a place that is dependable with hours. They were opened 1pm-5pm that Friday. I stopped by the Saturday before and they decided to take day off and were closed. I realize in offices an hour wait is normal but when it reaches hours of wait time, on top of sketchy open times and people working at the office not returning calls, I need to move on.

Horrible! Arrived a half hour early for an 11am appointment with my husband. Wasnt called until noon. Finally called to the back where the first thing that catches my eye is a white household trashcan with "biohazard" written on it with Sharpie marker...then im promptly told that im not allowed to be present while my husband has his physical? Really? The office staff is rude and have no senseof urgency whatsoever and when you ask about a time frame, you are met with a friendly eyeroll...nice! Never Again!

Dr. Is good but staff need to go back to school. I had labs done and called to make sure if my med need to be changed and the said it was good. 5 months later Dr said the med need to be changed bc of labs from 5 months ago.

I made my first visit there and it seemed O.K. on that visit the doctor ordered an ultra sound which I did the following week. They then call me a week after I did my ultra sound to let me know that the results are in and that I should call them and schedule my follow up. I do just that, but when I get there, waited and made my Co-payment and went in the see the Doctor, they then told me they lost my results. I left with a headache because I was so upset.

First time I've done a review like this. The staff were friendly and professional. Had to wait for about 30 minutes but that's excellent when compared to the 4 hour wait that can be expected for the same treatment in some of our over stretched medical facilities in the UK. A very positive experience in difficult circumstances. .

Pretty sad that a person with a disability was told to turn back because they were 16mins late. The waiting room was also empty yet still they were too busy. Good luck y'all, try IMA medical group next door. Trust me they are GREAT!!!

Horrible office. The doctor wasn't bad, if you can actually see him. If you're sick the earliest they can see you is usually 2-3 weeks in the future which is ridiculous.
Avoid it like a plague and go to an office which actually cares about your well being.

Not going here any longer. Moved. Efficient money oriented office. The biggest complaint I had was that I had to wait an hour to see the dr. If it happens again I will talk to her about it.
