Absolutely amazing. I called to ensure they would be open until 10pm, as we believe my daughter had an ear infection. The staff was amazing and super friendly, they got us in and out. The place was clean. It was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had at an urgent care.

Great service! It was simple to get an appointment here and I feel like the team really listened to our concerns. They accepted my insurance. The clinic was timely for the appointment. The front desk check-in was smooth as we did the online process ahead of time. The location was convenient. The doctor was excellent- he was knowledgeable, pleasant, and made us all smile! We left with the proper care plan to follow up on the issue.

The team at this clinic was amazing. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist who was very kind and empathetic. The nurse was great and seemed happy to be taking care of my child. The physician was great. Thorough and engaged. I felt very confident in him treating my son. We loved it here!

I cannot say enough good things about this pediatric urgent care! From the moment we walked in, there was no wait time, which was such a relief as my daughter was running a fever. The entire staff—providers and nurses—were incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. They took their time to ask all the important questions and ensured my daughter was thoroughly evaluated, yet we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Despite the efficiency, we never felt rushed, and it was clear they genuinely cared. I highly recommend this urgent care to any parent needing quick, compassionate care for their child!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Desai and the entire team. Everyone was incredibly friendly, from the check-in staff to the nurse, making the visit smooth and welcoming. The office is spotless, and they took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. It was especially convenient that they have an in-house X-ray machine, so my son’s care was handled all in one place. Highly recommend this practice for their professionalism and great patient care!

Had to take my kids during our trip to Orlando it was just not quick they were all super nice and we were in and out in about 45 min. Would recommend and keep in mind in case we need some help next time in town.

Had the unfortunate luck to have to visit urgent care on our Disney vacation. Staff and Practitioner Cindy was amazing. Truly caring and Informative. So glad we found a great place in case we need any future visits during our next Florida trip. Service was fairly quick
