Consistent compassion and efficient from the time I walk in the door. Intake/check out is a breeze. I am so grateful for Dr Dickinson. Kind, compassionate, knowledgable, finds me the best resources that I need. Not just for medical issues. She listens carefully and supports me with making decisions for my care. totally grateful.

Super good doctor the doctor Steve helped me a lot today. Super profesional and kind. All the team is super kind and a lot of the personal speak spanish that is great for me to avoid the lack of comunication. In general was a good experience.

People have challenges in any medical center/arena and mostly hear only the negatives about centers that service low income families and elderly. This Center has always been so kind and accommodating. Spoke with the wonderful Miss Avelina on the phone to reschedule a last minute cancelation due to an illness ( I work at an RCH and this happens often yet sometimes certain facilities don't understand) and without hesitation she didn't reprimand, talk down, lecture she said "life happens" nearly brought me to tears. We exchanged a little more conversation, I was comfortable and felt like I was talking to a good friend. I wanted to reach through the phone and hug her. Thank you Avelina and the rest of the staff there for all your hard work and dedication to an almost thankless job. Words can't express our appreciation with much love & adoration Edmund Manor

On February 8 2022 I was seen by Dr. Keely McGough about a dry cough with chest pain that I have had for six week, after explaining all my symptoms to Doctor McGough she suggested to take the covid 19 test which had already taken previously, she explained all related causes related to my symptoms, but never took the time to check my chest, lungs, just asked several questions and prescribed Benzonatate just a cough relieve.
She suggested to wait 3 months and go back if cough doesn't go away.
I'm not a Doctor but I feel that she doesn't have the experience to work in a Clinic.
Have been a patient at this clinic for 3 years and my review is base on my experience with Dr. Mc Gough.

Stay away from this place. The doctor's are not compassionate at all about what ever medical condition it is you might be going through. Doctor was extremely unprofessional and was adamant about putting me on SSRI medication although I made it clear to him I was not depressed in any way. All the doctor did during my visit was request lab work and thats it. To top it off this clinic is borderline an insurance fraud.. Couple days after my visit I was informed that they charged my insurance $444 dollars. Horrible place!! 0 stars if I could.

If you have insurance go to "Sutter Palo Alto medical Foundation" or "Dignity Health". I knew something was wrong rite from the start as I was filling out the first patient visit paperwork, typos and things that just didn't make sense were present throughout the forms. Once I was seen by the Doctor He didn't really seem engaged or truly care of the health conditions I was experiencing. I went based off of a few 5 star reviews on Google and that was a horrible mistake. I would not recommend this very unprofessional clinic to anyone. They will also overcharge your insurance!

These people wasted my time. I couldn’t get seen by a doctor because of my symptoms never was I told about their protocol over the phone. Waste of time. The doctor is not committed to helping out a fellow community member. Never again. 👎
