Plaza Lane has been my eye care provider for more than 20 years! Dr. Simmons is the best but then he retired and now Dr. Heyano is my eye care provider. She is awesome! They are very thorough, experienced, modern technology where I can send them a text and receive a response in a short moment, that includes getting gentle reminders via text, the staff is pleasant and transparent about everything. Dr. Buel explained the physics of myopia and astigmatism to my son, using a model of the eye during the exam. I’ve been getting glasses for 3 decades and no doctor has ever done that for me! Staff was professional and pleasant to work with - they use a paperless system (so care about the environment). I’ll definitely be returning for my own visit and keeping my son there as well!

Dr Buell is amazing! Very comprehensive eye exam, evaluation, and testing.
However the admin; if there's any insurance changes made, people need to be notified before appointments. I was not prepared.

Excellent service! All the staff is very kind, attentive, and professional. The receptionist take their time when speaking to you and are thorough about insurance verification, the doctors are great, and the optometrist are friendly and also take their time assisting you. Great customer service.
