This was my first experience at planned parenthood and the doctors and the assistant were very kind and made me feel very comfortable, i was a walk in so the wait was lengthy but i didn’t mind much

Unreal!!! PA "Brea" wasted my time not only in office, but now come to find out the 6 months of fluconazole and my third tablet dose is not able to be picked up from the pharmacy!!!! After complaining to how I was treated by Brea to her manager, Brea calls me next day to say she has sent my fluconazole doses 6 months and 3rd tablet to walgreens pharmacy, upon trying to pick it up today, now it's not going through ! All because she did NOT put in a prior auth!!!!! I'm so over this yuba city office wasting my time! It's like they are stuck on a cloud of not getting jack crap done! I'm over this office. If I didn't have to go here I wouldnt!!!! I'm very upset!

I had a 9:30am office visit and didn't leave till almost 12pm! And that was due to just a vaginal exam! She stood around waiting my life! What's wrong with this office?!

Even with an appointment, I had to sit over an hour in the waiting room. I can't imagine the walk-in wait time, so be sure to schedule ahead. The nurses were very kind despite being so overworked. Went for an initial gender-affirming hormone therapy visit, felt genuinely understood & respected during the appt and left with a hormone prescription 🙂

I had a great visit today. I went in at 8:30, and was immediately provided assistance. I thought I may be having a negative reaction to the Ella pill, but after thorough attention and tests and etc, I may be experiencing a Kidney issue. The doctor wanted to try everything she could to make sure I was okay. I’m in a lot of pain, but this place was patient, sweet, thorough and more. I was scared to come due to the reviews, but very happy I did anyways. I appreciate their assistance

Been here before and was more then fine, but my last visit I waited maybe 25 minutes to see a physician and shorty after going in I could here the mi associate physically grudge at my insurance information part of the procedure and speaking in Spanish ab what to do. So I simply refuse to get my iud here and just left my appointment without it.

Had a great experience. I can say wait times are a bit extensive but regardless of that they provide good care. Esmeralda made me feel extremely comfortable! She’s very outgoing, knowledgeable and friendly. They figured out what’s going on with me in-house with out having to wait days for results. I had a great experience overall!

Ever since I've been here they've been treating me like a literal child. I asked for a pregnancy test and I was rejected for it and wasn't given a reason. They stopped giving me hormones, because I have a disability they don't know anything about.It does not affect my disability. I've been in withdrawal and I already am struggling with depression. Their reasoning is that they're "worried". I am an adult. This is cruel and condescending

I called to get help and information for a friend. The wait time for the phone was very long, which in of itself isn't a problem, but the person who answered my call was incredibly rude and snippy. I asked very direct questions and was provided with unhelpful answers, and when I pressed further was met with unnecessary attitude. I asked about legality of minors going to get contraceptive’s without a legal guardian and their answer was along the lines of “we provide healthcare for those over the age of 12.” When I asked once more if they required a legal guardian or not, she heavily sighed and repeated herself. I had to ask again “I got that part, you accept clients 12 and up but do those who are minors need a parent with them to get birth control?” To which she finally responded No. When I asked if Planned Parenthood offers birth control in pill form, her response was, “We offer many contraceptives.” I don’t understand how you can answer a yes or no question without saying yes or no, but she pulled it off. And her and I had another repeat conversation with lots of annoyed sighs on her end. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what, I want to give her the benefit of the doubt, but all of these other reviews are telling me that it wasn’t a one off experience. The conversation was unnecessarily rude. From what I’ve gathered, there needs to be something done here, it sounds like you guys need more staff and perhaps better or different training.
