Probably the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had. Every single person I interacted with was kind, warm, helpful, and clear. Information about privacy, cost, services, etc was made completely available with time to read it and ask questions. My complicated situation with income and housing was treated with enormous care and respect. Gender-affirming care — across the board — was stellar and treated as a given, not an exception. Wait time was short. I feel so beyond grateful to the folks at this clinic!

I am really pleased with this staff and office! I have been to a few since moving here and I would definitely recommend this one.
The doc that I worked with today is very friendly and comfortable to talk to. Even after being in the same profession for many years she still treats you kindly and professional and listens clearly. I feel like an actual patient here rather than jus another vagina. :0)

not sure if she is a doctor there or not, everyone refers to her a practitioner Gail. anyways practitioner Gail, is very rude and unwelcoming and any question I asked her she responded mean, I've seen her twice and both times she is just rude and goes in and out, she acted almost like if I was wasting her time. If you are seeing patient you are. a healthcare provider you should at least be in a better mood and be more welcoming patients are going in there because they want to its because they are going through something and they need help and comfort. Not going back there again, ill take my money elsewhere.

When I went into planned Parenthood I received excellent care and treatment. All of the staff treated me with the utmost respect, kindness and professionalism. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs it, it is absolutely the best I have ever been treated while on medical. If I could give more than five stars I would.

I’ve been to this planned parenthood many times since I was fifteen years old, and have had care from many different staff members, as well as many different appointments and procedures done there. I can say 100% that they will do everything to make you feel safe, secure, and respected. I have never had a negative experience with them not once, as I’ve had with “regular” clinics such as Kaiser. I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for care and a non judgmental environment.
