Best Planned Parenthood I have EVER been to and I have lived all over CA. The facility is spotless with modern upgrades + the staff are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. I feel blessed to have this location in my city! These workers go through so much to offer such great care, and I could not be more grateful to them and the greater organization <3

This is the best planned parenthood I have ever been to. And I have been to my fair share.

My provider was Stephanie Nekoroski and there were two nurse practitioner assistants (?) (sorry I know this is probably not the right term, one’s name was Sophia). The staff was so friendly, caring knowledgeable, skilled, sweet, kind, helpful and overall just fantastic at what they do. I honestly kept saying exactly that to them throughout my visit. They reflect so well on the institution of Planned Parenthood. I had a great time talking with them and honestly thoroughly enjoyed everyone’s company. They made me feel so comfortable and honestly made it an enjoyable experience (which I am sure other gay men know it can be quite unpleasant).

I went in for just a PEP appointment and left having checked every possible box and covered every test. My visit was so comprehensive and helpful, I cannot imagine better care unless it were also at a spa and they were serving cheeky mimosas. It even felt like a medical spa of sorts with their water feature on the way in. Very well funded, very well hired, and great facilities. So clean and new and comfortable.

This is my go-to spot from now on. I do just wish they had a pharmacy internally because it would really be so easy for me. But again, I cannot complain.

I say it's okay, instead of a five-star because I went in for an annual physical, I understand that not all planned parenthood's have this, but the person who set up my appointment was a doctor from the area who did the research before setting up my appointment. Luckily I arrived 30 minutes later before my appointment after starting to fill out my paperwork in him reading what I was there for they tell me that we don't provide the service here, then somewhat caddy turns to the other receptionist. To ask the question if they do physicals here and a little dismissal smirked and said no we don't. If you specialize in breast exams and pap smears maybe you advertise that more, and remove the appointment option of a physical if that's not operations that are done there.

Treated with respect and seen almost instantly. The course of action was determined with with my problem was. Very professional. They referred me to Cell, San Francisco plan parent Hood to complete the evaluation and course of treatment I needed.

Incredibly kind and generous staff, much easier to work with and faster than your regular OBGYN. I am very thankful that they exist.

The staff are all really nice and friendly. I felt very comfortable with every staff member I met when I got my STD checks and my arm implant. However you should plan an appointment on a “weird day and time” because it takes a while to check in. Other than the wait to check in, I really like it there 🙂

The Doctors were amazing at Planned Parenthood.
However, the receptionist was unprofessional and assumed Immediately that I was there for Birth-Control. I was not.
The receptionist continues to ask questions with so much anxiety, she’s racing.
I wanted it to end.
When I saw the Doctor, everything was much better.

Recently got a Paraguard IUD here. I made the appointment a few days in advance and checked in with reception twenty minutes before my appointment. The facility was very nice and very clean. Everyone working there was very kind and professional, especially the nurses and the IUD technician who helped me. I felt very safe and welcomed. Both the nurses and the technician were very clear and thorough in explaining the procedure and what I would expect. I was provided a heating pad during the procedure that lasted five minutes at the most, and it really made a difference. Seriously very impressed with this clinic, just make sure your insurance is covered here! I made the mistake of not double checking, but that was my fault and avoidable in the future. They even called to let me know!
