Went in on 8/28/24 to get a new Nexplanon placed. It took like 20 minutes in total. All of the staff was nice but fast which I loved. The NP was sweet and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. This was my first visit to planned parenthood and I will definitely be back! Thank you

The staff was friendly, the only thing I disliked was that I had explained over the phone about my Severe Asthma before my appointment was made and the day of my appointment they told me it was too risky for any procedure due to my condition so they had to make a different appointment at a different location, making me then wait another whole week. I understood their concern which I had no issues with but why make me the appointment to just re schedule me after I already had told them about my health issues? I just wouldn’t come back to this location for that reason.

Made an appointment there and they canceled it without me knowing, had to wait and delayed me to work, made another appointment next week and they cancelled it again due to understaff, so I have to walk in again and be late again, so unorganized and slow. This place doesn’t have sense of urgency.

I had a visectomy 6 months ago, during procedure I didn't get any numbing,AND YES THEY GAVE ME NEEDLES.. AND yes I was aware there would be consequences, but not 6 months later. Regardless, I went in multiple times to different planned Parenthoods for CT, ULTRA SOUNDS, MEDICATION ETC, this Planned parenthood has been the worst , Nurse Was not only Impolite but
Acted as if my physical pain was invalid compared to here documented information.. , And The Manager Just STOOD BESIDE HER, quietly and didn't comfort me , help the situation or anything, just made it more uncomfortable, all n all, didn't do anything for me except tell me I'm Fine.

This facility & the people are fantastic. I’ve been coming to planned parenthood the last 10 years for birth control, they are so kind & informative. I’ve never had a pregnancy scare & continue to practice what I have learned from my visits to planned parenthood. I got nexplanon again & the nurse made it quick & painless. I’ve tried majority of birth control & each time I go in we go over all the different types. Highly recommend this place if you need anything health related in which they can accommodate.

This facility is absolutely amazing in what they do, how they care for their patients is above and beyond. Every last staff member here that has assisted with me including the security guard was so special I greatly appreciate the care the support the knowledgeable, and respectful staff they’re doing an amazing job here thank you so much for your service!!
