Planned Parenthood offers many services to aid in individual and public health. This medical office offers a judgement free zone for patients. There are often people standing outside the gate of the building offering flyers and proclaiming pro life statements; in response Planned Parenthood has staff outside to ensure patients feel safe and welcomed when entering the parking lot.

I’ve been here multiple times, and have always had an amazing experience with the nurses and doctors. The front desk unfortunately does not provide the best service… they don’t welcome you in and they like to take their time getting to you when checking in. There is always a bit of a wait, but well worth the service on the back end. I felt very understood and supported during each visit. All my questions were answered and explained thoroughly, and they never made me feel uncomfortable or judged which made it easy to be honest and get the best treatment. I highly recommend Planned Parenthood for people without insurance as well, as they are very accommodating and do the best to help you receive everything you need while working with you on costs. So extremely grateful for this place!

Terrible terrible service, they took me to a room to wait for the doctor and they forgot I was there. Incredible, then I received a call from the nurse asking if I wanted to reschedule my appointment if I liked. 09/28223 at 7:00pm

Front desk staff and nurses and nurse practitioner were amazing. I felt safe and cared for. This is the best exam I have ever had, I could tell they really cared and they wanted me to feel comfortable as possible, they were also very professional and informative, I didn't feel rushed for asking my questions. When I used to have insurance with Kaiser, I never had such an experience good as this one. It wasn't bad necessarily but the vibes were completely different. Thank you ladies for your work, it is valued greatly. I cannot believe there are people out there that want to defund such services. Again, thank you for your services!

1. I called ahead to inform the front desk I would be late. I was told if I was signed in by 2:30 I would be fine. I arrived by 2:29. There was no line so I was stoked I had made it. The window clerk then had me wait for 5 minutes in a line by myself and I was told I showed up too late to have my tests done.

Begrudgingly I rescheduled for the morning even though I wasn’t planning on staying in Concord that night.

2. Desk clerk in the morning would not permit the tests because I informed them I had a cough after eating meals. Not enough symptoms to be tested for COVID but just enough to deny me from further tests.

Would have been nice to have been at least screened by the first clerk before arranging accommodations and changing plans to arrive on time in the morning just to be turned away.

Disheartening to put my health in these hands
