I love this clinic! I went to get an iud. I love how I didnt have to make multiple appts to get an iud like the other places I tried to get into did. They wanted me to make two appts one to talk to me (just to bill ins) and the other to actually have the procedure done. I made my appt about a week and a half apart. The staff was very professional, the wait was quick also. Total time was about an hour! Plus they are open late now on certain days of the week.

The girls that work in this office are so awesome and so kind. Getting nexplanon (birth control implanted in your are) is scary but they made it so easy and made me laugh. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Very rude, short, dark haired lady at the front desk tried arguing with me saying we're at the Ukiah location...NOT clearlake location. While we're standing in clearlake. It was laughably unprofessional. My doctor on the other hand was amazing.

Worst experience of my life I have been to many planned parenthood’s and this is by far the dirtiest one I have ever been in not to mention the staff is rude and unprofessional made a appointment online took off from work came in and they lost my appointment instead of getting me in told me it’s there lunch period and then scheduled me for the end of the day making me miss yet another shift it’s a joke for sure
