It was a very pleasant experience at PP of Bridgeport. Evelyn checked me in for my appointment and was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful with all factors. The associate who called me in and started my vitals, etc. was great also (sorry about not knowing her name, but she spoke too fast for me- so I didn't get it). Nurse practitioner, Diana Kavanagh, was professional, patient, and cared about my concerns, and even took the time to speak with my husband together with me for as long as it took to make a decision for birth control pills. The energy here was very welcoming and positive, and the facility was very clean. Thanks everyone!

I would not recommend this place. Staff is friendly but not professional (including the OBGYN). It seems like everyone is programmed to act the way today’s culture has normalized things.
We are all from different backgrounds/cultures/religion.
I believe that people should be treated with respect and professionalism; instead of automatically thinking we are here for birth control/adultery/ and etc.
However, those who are Christians should give this video a watch because it exposes the truth! Especially about programs such as PPH.

The service is overwell amazing I just don’t recommend you talk to the front desk lady Evelyn. I spoke on the phone with her about a delicate procedure that i’m having for the first time and she had a bunch of attitude with me and wanted to just get me off the phone. If i ever call again for advice or help i am requesting to talk to someone else other then her. don’t be in his business if you don’t like talking to the patients or helping out.

Very easy to find using gps. The lady who checked me in at the front desk was very welcoming and informative which made me more comfortable being that it was my first appointment at this location. The other lady that took me in for my appointment and in take was also very nice and friendly. Very helpful and informative, was able to clearly answer the questions I had. I left the appointment a lot lighter and will definitely be returning to this location again! Thank you!

I had an appointment I was running late I called them to tell them I was running a few minutes late she tells me we have a ten minute grace period. Not noticing the time I tell her I will be there in 6 minutes she tells me ok see you then only for me to arrive and they tell me they can't see me. Totally disgusted because had they been running behind schedule they don't bump the person in the room out because it's your appointment time. Safe to say this was my last time going to them because it reminded me of why I stop going to them in the first place.

Slow and tardy…had an appointment for 10:30 arrived 6 minutes before that..I got called in an hour later and then waited another 45 minutes-not cool and super unprofessional

COREY a customer service representative and was extremely rude. These representatives need to be more sensitive to all patients and be able to accommodate everyone’s needs in a timely manner I shouldn’t have to be getting a phone hung up in my face while trying to confirm an appointment or prescription

Always feel rushed when I come here. I have had concerns about my menstrual cycle for months. Every appt I would explain what’s going and it was always brushed off. Last appointment the aprn gave me an attitude and told me to come back to go over my concerns. I guess I was an inconvenience to her, at least that’s how i felt. I immediately changed Gynos and turns out I have a extra large ovarian cysts that requires immediate surgery. You would think an educated professional would put two and two together, since I have a history of ovarian cyst. They just don’t care. I’m starting to think PPH is all about abortions now.
