This place is awful, this is my second experience where I had to wait a painfully long time to even be attended. I was basically exposed on my lower half for a good 30-40 minutes waiting and then I have a random staff member come in swinging the curtain open and door open to tell me my doctor will be with me any minute. (Total invasion of privacy and against policy.) Even though it looked like they weren’t doing anything but chatting ? I had to get up and leave because I was going to be late for work and they tried to reschedule me. Unfortunately there isn’t many places in this area to get good medical assistance.

This is the second bad experience I have had at this location out of 3 times being here. I made an appointment got there 15 min early check in was quick, but made me wait 20 min after my appointment, gave urine sample, finally got me into a back room answered a million questions I had already answered on a phone call with their physician the day before, she then said the urine test should come back in 5 mins, but we want to first examine you I will be right back. Made me wait another 35 min tried to pull me into the examine room (for a bladder infection you do not need an examination) told me it would be another 10 min wait. I told her nope I am leaving she tried to schedule another appointment to which I said sorry I have this thing called a life and job I can’t open up a full day of waiting with no answers. If you are having problems uti, yeast or bladder infections highly recommend stat med in Brentwood they were quick, kind and I was out of there in 20 min with antibiotics waiting at my pharmacy.

I love planned parenthood and all they offer but holy s***. Why are most patients at the window for 15 min? It’s my first time at the Antioch location since it’s by my house. Waited 15 min to get checked in even tho there was only 1 person in front of me! I go to provide a urine sample. Open the box to leave said sample and there were 2 samples still there from previous patients! I have never experienced that so I’m disgusted. If you’re under staffed just say that. Or please be sure to clear any samples before the next patient goes in. I’m still waiting to be called back but so far I don’t think I’ll be back. I’ll stick to the concord location. I should note the staff are friendly/cordial and I don’t blame them, but management needs to hire someone or figure it out.

Worst visit I have ever had at a planned parenthood. The receptionists were great and the techs were the worst part of the experience. I was the asked the same questions by 3 different techs and no communication between the techs and the doctor on site. Waited in a room for 25 mins with out telling me how long the wait time would be. I asked why the wait was so long and a tech said that they were busy and it was Friday(stop the excuses) even though I had an appointment. Nobody seemed to care about providing a good experience. Be prepared to wait for longer than an hour to be seen if you have an appointment, but looks like walk -Ins are higher priority!!! I won't be returning to this location!

Appointment was a given at a certain time and was attended two hours later which is ridiculous for a simple questionnaire felt like I was waiting at the emergency room staff are nice but simply don’t care about people’s time
