I have always shop in pixi in the century city location. I have every product from this company and have always buy. But unfortunately I had a tall Chinese lady following me around the store watching every move I make. I told her several times I am ok and I told her I had every product in the store she kept being to pushy with me like I’m going to steal something after I told her for the fifth time I am ok. I walk out. I honestly won’t recommend go to this store if this lady is there. The older staff was way better then the staff that is there. I’m sorry but this is not customer service at all pixi needs to rehired or train there staff what is customer service because she has a lot to learn #fact not to mention I am a blogger and write about store experience. You never know who comes into your store! Another local blog about a store here it goes!
