Pivot has been a great experience. I went in to get my calf worked on to get back to running. Kim is an excellent PT. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She was great with recommending dry needling treatment but was conscious about not doing it unless necessary to avoid extra costs which was appreciated.

Kim was my physical therapist for 5 weeks recently. I recommend Kim to anyone that needs physical therapy. Kim has a wealth of knowledge and is super consistent in her methods and approach. Everyone there is professional, friendly, supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. They personalized care and kept me informed and educated about my injury and the path to recovery. The paperwork process of referrals, billing, and appointments with automatic reminders was also handled by the front desk staff seamlessly so that I could focus my energy fully on recovery.
