The staff saw me 20 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment and the physician just told me she could not give me a diagnosis for my condition. She sent me to get lab results and the tech there took 10 minutes to confirm that the doctor sent me there. This location is actually closer to my house than other Pioneer Medical Group facilities, but I do not plan on coming back.

I was on hold for a pretty long time and some one decided to hang up on me when they answered . Now I know this isnt a connection issue since usually after 5 this always happens. Im very upset this is the closest office to my house and they disrespect me like this. I also work in the medical field and it's not okay. After the 3rd time , Monique answered said they have phone issues . Management should really look into that .

I work in health care & I know difficult patients, that’s not me!

I tried to call to schedule an appointment. The front lady was very rude, wouldn’t let me make an appointment and hung up on me. If I knew how I could file a complaint on her I would.

The best pediatric ever . I recommend Dr. Tellez very good doctor for kids very gentle with babies very professional always take the time to listen all your concerns. Pioneer medical group office is clean, employees are very professional.
