Dr. Pham and his staff are wonderful. Throughout my treatment I was given much insight into the process, and treated like family. The office is very clean and there's always good music playing. I spent very little time in the waiting room as my appointments were always on time. Even when I needed to change an appointment time, Valerie was always very accommodating. My smile is just what I wanted and I highly recommend Pinnacle!

I saw Dr. Pham for several years while having an expander and braces. I have never had issues or been afraid of the dentist until I got to this clinic. Several times my teeth were filed down without even asking or explaining to me what was happening, and several times they filed my teeth too short and have left a couple of my teeth with lasting sensitivity. If I would pull my face away from the drill in pain, the doctor would tell me that it was just hot and didn't actually hurt. I might have been a kid but I was most certainly competent enough to know the difference between mind-boggling pain and heat. During the removal of my braces I sobbed throughout the process because I was so afraid that he would hurt me again. My mom and I knew about how much anxiety this caused and when my mom asked about some sort of anxiety medication for the removal process Dr. Pham declined. My teeth are permanently extremely sensitive and shorter than I would have ever wanted/ asked for, and I have a lasting fear of any dental file or drill. I have been contacted several times to come in to check the fit of my retainer and have ignored all requests because I am so afraid of this place and their team. Even when I broke my retainers I opted to have them redone elsewhere to avoid them. I would never recommend this place, the lack of informed consent and compassion has hindered my relationship with dentistry.
