Total disaster. Incompetence to the max from Calvin down to CNA that caused stroke to brother when she dropped him in the shower and yelled as she went out the door that I needed to get help to get him out of shower. She dropped shower hose into tub cracking it along with running wheelchair into toilet breaking the tank she never reported fall nor damages to company. Calvin never returned my calls from incident over 2 months still no call.Brother had stroke from head injuries and over $15,000 worth of damages from breaking toilet and tub wall.

I would like to recognize the excellent care I received from my physical therapist, Peter Joseph. His instruction and encouragement did so much to help me with my speedy recovery. He was professional and supportive and inspired me to do my exercises to get back to my normal life style. I feel that I made a friend in Peter and will always be grateful for his outstanding care.

The owner Charlie lacks communication skills. on a Monday he wanted to see me and I said well. I will call you sometime this week. He shows up at my door on Fourth of July weekend on Friday about 4 o’clock, and was disappointed that it wasn’t there. I simply said you were supposed to call me and it was for other days prior to Friday that you could’ve stopped by, also he had an issue with HAL. My case needed to be billed to my car insurance and then they negotiate with pinnacle. I gave them photocopies of letters, emails names, and phone numbers that our office had said this is great. This is what we exactly need. Two weeks go by and I didnt hear anything from pinnacle. So two weeks later I get on the phone with Charlie. He said that they put a lot of effort to get to billing. and I get the money part but I should not have to wait two weeks and call pinnacle to find out what’s going on when today the conversation was, I was told to go find somebody else. Very poor business person. I added one star because the therapist Jessica was awesome, but if you need quick communication, this is not the place to go. When you are hurting and you’re paying a service and suddenly they don’t show up at your doorstep for therapy. No phone calls and you are in the black hole horrible

Brian, Calvin and Kristal made my recovery from knee replacement so expeditious and actually fun. They are a terrific team, always upbeat and encouraging. Also they were extremely responsive to any requests or concerns I had. I’m so pleased Dr. Ameglio recommended Pinnacle Home Care.

I had TKR ơn Oct 4, 2023 discharged 10/6, I was advised to call them when surgery done or go home after rehab or going straight home which I did. On the day of discharged, Home Healthcare supposed to come to check on my well being since I am living alone., Fri Sat and Sunday , no one showed up. On Monday I called again, then a RN showed up to fill all forms out so they can bill insurance, I got my vital, heart rate, temperature checked, and the nurse unwrapped the surgical wound and rewraped thinner so I can ice my leg. For three days, nobody showed up and I was unable to ice my leg cuz my surgical leg was wrapped like mummy. The fourth day after discharged, the vital check was not a need at all cuz if I had any issue, there will be nobody around. This is just the way they dig into the insurance. I hope LMH should reconsider a contract with this Home Healthcare. I am very upset with this company and if there’s half star, I would rate you half star.

I have been very happy with the care my husband has received from Pinnacle. His PT girl Tawny has been awesome. She did research on helping Parkinson’s patients and has added some innovative things to our home that has made a real difference in his daily life.

I highly recommend Pinnacle Home Care.

I am very pleased with my overall experience with Pinnacle Home Care. My primary care doctor referred me a few months back when Covid 19 hit, and they have been taking excellent care of all my needs. I require IV infusions and central line care, which is no problem with this company. I had home physical therapy with Maria, as well and she gave me the tools I needed to get back into outpatient PT!

The office staff is efficient and polite. The nurse in charge, Beverly, is on top of EVERYTHING!!!! I cannot thank her enough for her time and efforts. Erin was my intake nurse, and was extremely thorough. She took the time to accurately gather all my information, and create an action plan for moving forward. Carol was another nurse who came to my house.

Krista is my regular nurse, and she is A M A Z I N G! ! ! This woman could get a vein when no one else could (when I was still getting PIV lines). She checks on me every day, even when she’s not at my house. She is clean, kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy , funny, and a blessing! I am so relieved to be in the hands of such good people.

The nurse Christina was suppose to call me back with a time for my 2nd home visit. Received no call for 2 days so I called her. She said someone else was coming by the name of Twila. Noon time I called got runaround with saying they will call as I am scheduled for today. 2 hours later no call. 2 o'clock i called again they said will relay message to the team. 2 1/2 hours later still no call. I had fallen and burned my hand sure would be nice for a visit to even check up on me. Unbelievable to say the least.
