It starts from the moment I walk in the clinic. The receptionist Grace is my favorite however they are all AWESOME!!
Dr. Maldonado is the BESTEST. He listens to my issues takes his time and speaks to me in a way that I understand.
He has referred me to some awesome Dr's as well!!
Not to mention 6 days a week He is at the Clinic.
I'm blessed to have him as my Dr. 🙏💪🙏

This was my first time atPinnacle walk in clinic. It was a very good experience. From the front desk greeter, the nurse Penelope, and the PA Tammy , I was treated very professionally and caring. My primary care doctor was not available so I am thankful for this clinic and their wonderful service. Thank you Pinnacle

This was my first experience at a Walk in Clinic. I was confused as it was associated with Pinnacle Health not Dr. Medina but was told he and his staff were still there. The front staff was helpful, efficient,and answered my questions. I saw Emily Garrett, PA-C, who listened to why I was there, asked relevant questions, and prescribed a course of action. She thoroughly explained the medications prescribed and most importantly told me how they would help. I felt my visit and care was not what I imagined a walk in clinic to be like but rather going to see my own primary care physician back in Illinois. Would definitely recommend the clinic and everyone involved with my visit. Since it is a walk in clinic the wait time is longer since there are no appointments so it depends on how many are waiting but the front staff estimated my wait time (45 minutes) and they were spot on.

My daughter was sick and went to another walk in clinic. After an hour, she still wasn’t even registered. I told her to go to Pinnacle at Naples Medical Center. They had her seen, diagnosed, and medication called in to the pharmacy in less time than what she sat waiting just to be registered elsewhere. I’m thankful for the care she received in a timely, professional, caring manner.

Dr. Parent and his staff were wonderful! They were kind, considerate, knowledgeable and listened so well! They treated me with respect and took care of my knee issue! I huffily recommend them!

Everything went very well. I just came from a chiropractor for the 2nd time in 3 days as I pulled my back and could barely walk. Since I was still in so much pain and was flying back to CT the next morning, I looked this place up on line and drove over there. They checked me in and the Dr saw me within 10 minutes. I was desperate to stop tue pain and get home. He gave a cortisone shot and amazing enough, I was feeling so much better in just 4 to 5 hours. This place is amazing! Thanks Doc!!

Dr. Maldonado is the doctor that all professionals in the field should be a caring, concerned human, always ready to explain and understand the patient's diagnosis. I personally continue to use the clinic only because of Dr. Maldonado's presence. who has proven to me over the years I've known him that he does justice to his career.

I went in to a walk in clinic Ive use for years run by millenium and not knowing this pinicle health had set up shop in only the walk in part of milleniums building.I went in to get a splinter out of my hand that went in pointed like a tooth pick .I Got put wigh Dr. Neil EdwinMaldonado Catinchi.
