Sadly I'll have to agree with the many one star reviews this practice has been given. The PA was very friendly and seemed to care. She was like this last time I went a year ago and I felt ghosted after my lab results came in and nothing significant showed up. I went to a few other specialists to circle back and give them another chance. My vitamin D levels were low, my b12 was greatly elevated because I take supplements. I received a call from someone probably in the front office who told me all was well except I needed a medicine for a condition I already knew I had. It was kind of surreal because I should be told to take vitamin D, I should be told to taper down the B12. There were other abnormal results that could be mentioned but were skipped.
The person who called me wanted to end the call quickly after I said I wasn't getting the prescription, she sped up and ended the call. This place needs work, lots of it. More organization, take time to call the patients back yourself. Provide some customer service training or empathy training if that's a thing. Don't have someone inexperienced who can't answer questions call. I will be finding a new office to go to after this. Also, the responses to these bad reviews are unprofessional and sometimes defensive. Who ever is responding to reviews probably should stop unless they want to show compassion and just ask people to contact the office to resolve. That was another reason I decided to stop going here because I read through the terrible reviews after my experience. Health care in our country seems to be declining because doctors' offices just funnel people in and provide mediocre care and know they'll come back or someone will in their place. Do better and youll make a bigger impact than you could ever imagine.

I have been going here for years and Dr. Houlihan is fantastic. He listens and is willing to work with you and try things to address your concerns. He recently went out of his way to assist me in obtaining a prescription. After his help, Tiffany called me to process my prescription and went way out of her way to help me out. Great experience. Thanks to their entire team.

This doctor’s office is really hard up for your hard-earned money. If you’re on time, you’re deemed late due to their policy of being either 15 minutes early or 20 minutes early, depending on whom you’re dealing with. I was turned away for being on time and forced to reschedule another appointment for weeks later. Then, I received a $40 no-show bill. Wait! What I was there. You turned me away, and now you expect me to pay you for turning me away. Did you pay for my wasted gas and time? No. OK, I can somewhat understand that silly policy, but, what happens when your doctor runs late? Which has happened to me numerous times. They should offer us the same courtesy, right? It’s only fair! I will no longer support doctors who act egregiously and implement such ridiculous policies. They need us just as much as we need them. We need to start taking a stand against companies that take such egregious actions towards us.

I do have some disabilities, so needless to say that I have several days that I am not able to function very well and that was definitely one of my struggle days, but it took every ounce of effort to show up for that appointment and even pleaded with the staff and no empathy whatsoever was shown to me. Very disheartening and disappointing! I will not return.

Just had my first visit at this Dr's office, the Dr was attentive and professional, the staff on the other hand is quite the opposite, RUDE from the moment you walk in, they make you feel UNWELCOMED, as if you were there to interrupt their social day, they get irritated if you have questions about the forms, services and insurance coverage. They reply with bad attitude and don't really answer your questions. They are not there to assist and help they are there to hang out and do the bare minimum. I made this appointment months ago to address a medical issue, but since the appointment was months in the future, that was taken care of by the time the day of my appointment came. I kept the appointment with intentions to switch primary doctors for the convenience in location and services provided in the plaza. Sad how the staff can run people away from physicians and give their practice a bad reputation because of the way they treat people, lack responsibility, unwillingness to do their job, and BAD ATTITUDE!

I have been a patient of this practice for to years now. WITHOUT EXCEPTION, I have always waited about 20-30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be seen. Today, I waited 45 minutes while 8 medical professionals (doctors, nurses and techs/adies) stood around their central work area talking about their lives. I finally left WITHOUT EVER being seen and decided I would no longer tolerate a medical practice that has zero concern for its patient's time. As they say, "buyer beware". If you are considering this practice, I would advise you to go elsewhere unless you do not have a choice.

Would no help my son in a mental health crisis. Cold have been released a few days of meds in order for us to pay his small balance and get him scheduled asap. They don't take mental health seriously. Customer service skills are horrible no compassion. Anytime we visited we were rushed and never felt as if the doctors took time to understand us as patients

Best Place in Glendale/Peoria. They attend to all your needs quickly, help as needed. Quick check in process and zero to little wait times. I would recommend this place to anyone I know who has problems that this location is qualified to help with or if not they can set you up with anything and everything you need to get better. I understand doctors run behind sometimes. I was patient after waiting 45 minutes passed my appt time and then another 20 minutes in the room. I requested specific blood work and the provider said she does not usually do that but agreed to run it. After waiting over 2 weeks, I called to ask about it and staff was super rude to me just for asking! I wasn’t mean or pushy, just simply asked about it. I finally got the results and what I asked for was not ran. In addition, my grandma is also a patient. Same thing where it was 2 week waiting period for routine labs. She received blood work results with nearly EVERYTHING abnormal and when asked where we go from here she was told to come back in 8 weeks. They did not upload the results to the portal. Everyone I have ever talked to here has been rude. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
