I've been going to Dr Pinero's office since 2008. A great place to go. If you need anything from the front desk or have any paperwork questions be sure that you ask for Glory Fuentes. She is amazing and an fantastic point of reference. She is kind, sweet and very knowledgeable. She's been with him when many other staff have come and go. Her daughter even worked there for years. It was a sad day for us but she is going back to school so it's a great move for her. You know Glory is a great person when her daughter is her best friend

Been going there when I can for the last 17 years. Normally I feel like a family member coming home every time I go. Yesterday was a lot of different faces, Dr. Pinero wasn't there, the amazing Glorimar was busy with a call (but like always called me later to check on me and help with a few questions). I didn't see Kiara there either and the staff who I hadn't seen before didn't seem to know her. Was really hoping to see Kiara (she always stops to check on me and is very kind, caring and is like one of your favorite nieces who really loves you) I hope next time I come in I will see the three of them! I did get to see Claudia who is great, very encouraging me and set me at ease with concerns. She also said she will talk with Dr. Pinero and work together with my issues. Not many Doctors would do that. When I go for my next appointment I can't wait to see Dr. Pinero, Claudia, Glorimar and Kiara too! Wonderful people who really care! I still recommend this place to everyone!

Doctors Velez and Piñero run such a loving and professional practice. It’s a place for everyone and the respect and attention to detail by the staff can be experienced at every visit. As a Transgender Woman, I couldn’t imagine going ANYWHERE else for my care.

After 5 different doctors and 2 surgeries and a lot pain and suffering, I found a doctor that diagnosis me correctly all the time and really took care of my health. Doctor Rafael Pinero is excellent! I’m grateful! If you really need a doctor that knows how to do it, this is the one! Thank you so much for saving my knee and my health!

this was my first visit and I am, truly, impressed.
they provided outstanding service and the best in professionalism. Kylie, NP was wonderful...Marisol, at the desk was informative and professional. the guy who took my vital signs was also amazing, sorry I missed your name. I look forward to my physical with Dr Pinero next month. Love this center. the energy is amazing. I definitely recommend them as your PCP!!!!

The doctors themselves are fine, but office staff is horrible. If you are looking to constantly battle over charges and a billing nightmare, this is the place to go.

The team that works on the front is amazing and very sweet.
I made an appointment in advance at 3:15 pm
Claudia Zuriarrain, DNP – Family Nurse Practitioner, send the message with the receptionist saying that she won’t be available to see me because I was LATE.
Very unprofessional especially when I got there on time.
Waisted time and money.

Dr. Rafael Pinero if your office decides to change the appointment time please make sure that patients get the proper notification.
Otherwise is very unprofessional and rude to have other people waste their time.

I hope you understand the frustration because I drove a lot and I scheduled things accordingly to this appointment.

I just called and the woman that answered the phone didn’t tell me her name, as one usually does when answering the phone for a business, and when I told her I had filled the form out for a new patient a few times over the last couple months, the first thing she asked me was for my insurance. Absolutely no compassion about the form not working or me mentioning that I think I have strep throat, I just feel like all they care about is making sure they’re going to get their money. She had issues figuring out my insurance and basically told me they don’t accept it but I could come in with the physical card and they can look. I looked up the doctor and he’s in my network but there’s no way I’d go here after my experience on the phone. It seems common that great doctors have terrible office staff. So disappointed.
