Vanessa helped me over the phone with information about creating an account on MyIR Mobile to be able to obtain immunizations records for my son, the fastest way to be able to enroll him in his new school since we moved cities. I am pleased with the results as I was able to live chat with an agent online and get records on the spot. Vanessa also informed me with a second option of coming in person if I had issues through the account.

I was late to my appointment, so I was told I had one person before me and I had to wait, and thats okay- I was late. I waited 45 mins but the ladies at the front desk forgot about me. I listened to them chitchat, Netflix, and every time a customer came up to the doors one of them would say "not it". I then had to remind them that I was still waiting. The only kind and helpful person I was helped by was Sabrina, and she's the only reason I'm giving two stars. She was so sweet on the phone and when she helped me with my paperwork, she was quick and thorough.

We arrived 15 mins before their lunch started. We were warned that lunch was in 15 mins. We had the paper filled out and turned in 5-8 mins before their lunch and we were told to wait. We had to drive from San Tan (56 mins). Idk, I never made people wait like that in the Army and my wife doesn’t make people wait like that as a teacher. Not impressed Pinal.

We were told it only would take 10 mins (which seems like a long time tbh) as we were the only people there. Just seemed a bit unnecessary to make us wait. Never thought I’d say Maricopa county had it together better than Pinal…

I was so impressed with the office staff. My school would not accept my shot records for my Heb B series because the name was abbreviated on my records. I called Casa Grande office and they did not have copies of my records because this was back in 2007 that I received this series. Since I had my records with their facility name on it they were able to input my records into the state data base and give me a copy stamped with the facility name on it. This was exactly what my school needed. The gals In the office got back to me within 1 hour of me calling and I had what I needed. Having managed large health care offices I was so impressed and thankful for the help I received!! Now I can start my clinicals for FNP school! Thanks a bunch!!

This was such a pleasant experience, the nurse I think her name is Becky made the whole process of getting my daughter vaccinated such a easy and quick process ? the whole office experience was great

The staff are extremely friendly and Usually when I go in I'm out pretty quick. This is a very clean facility. They have a tv and play area for the kids. Honestly, I rather go here then coolidge where I live.
