I truly love the staff at this clinic the receptionist was really sweet and worked really hard to ensure that I was attended to. Liam was extremely kind and kept things light and fun and compassionate. I hope your ring gets fixed soon ! Ms Dorito prints was very fun and joyful and then the doctor was so so kind to and really was present for me and answered all my questions and most of all asked me how I was doing.i appreciate the staff of this clinic definitely worth the drive to be met with amazing people.

The reviews initially made me a bit skeptical. However, I took the chance and I'm thankful I did. Everyone from the office staff, medical assistant and my nurse practitioner were absolutely fantastic and even offered services far beyond what I was being seen for. Super friendly, helpful and I felt like the staff genuinely cares about what they do. For those saying they were treated poorly, I'm not saying it didn't happen. But I'm confused as to why. Perhaps different staff those days or they didn't follow instructions, etc. They do provide walk in services on some things but I advise that you call first and schedule if possible. If you need any of the services that they render, give the Pima Health Department a shot, literally, they do vaccines too! Thanks again everyone!

I Came in as a walk in around 8:30, Grabbed a number by the security officer. Sat down. No longer than 4mins pass they call my number to help with my problem. ?The intake nurse was friendly and helpful. I got seen by a nurse who was also helpful with my TB shots. ?It only took ONE Try She got it! (I have small veins) I was amazed. She gave me everything that was offered to me? I loved the whole experience. I was out in no time to finish my day❤️

Front desk is rude and unhelpful. Was on hold over 10 minutes on the drive in so I hung up and called back. When she answered she wanted to put me on hold again and I said no I’ve been waiting on hold already and she replied I have to put you hold. So I said no again I have a simple yes or no question. When I arrived they were sitting there chatting with each other not even waiting on anyone. Pima county needs to do better with their employees. This is why there are Karen’s in the world. They seem to be scraping the bottom of the barrel for staffing. Multitasking shouldn’t be difficult.

I never had any issues at this location until last visit.
long story short I needed a 2nd dose of a particular shot and this nurse was trying to impose her opinion onto this matter. I told her I just need this second dose and I need to physically see the vial and see her draw the medication into the syringe.
This so called nurse act like she didn't know what she was doing and reading me the CDC guide lines. I looked at her like what part didn't you understand I just need the second dose what so hard about it. Obviously it says that I need this second dose of medication in my chart.Well anywho, this so called nurse injected me with this medication incorrectly and left a HUGE KNOT in my arm. You don't pinch the skin when giving an IM injection.

Honestly not sure how this place recieved as many negative reviews as it did. Probably because people suck. This place was fantastic. The receptionist was attentive, friendly and informative. Both the nurse and the doctor I saw were extremely friendly, caring and professional. They helped me relax and answered all of my questions. I didnt feel like just another patient. Hell even the security dude in the waiting room was kind and helpful. Also, I made an appointment and I waited maybe a total of 10 minutes, max.
