Very unprofessional staff,I needed an appointment call spoke to office manger who was rude and very unprofessional. Dr Pillow has a reputation well known and great gyn but if you have bad experience with office staff including manager how does that look. Very poor service. Office manager told there is alot of gyn where I live I can go to them then she got all nasty I do hope call is recorded so Dr Pillow can listen to call. Horrible experience won't recommend this place.

I could not find more stars to give him he was my OB/GYN on my 3 pregnancies after having my first child C-section he Care for my.high risk pregnancies with high blood pressure and pre-diabetic all went to full term and natural delivered
years ago he saved my son's life since i was ready for delivery when he made an unexpected turn and went breech position if it wasn't for Dr Pillow's amazing knowledge and professionalism everyone witnesses how he helped me birth naturally 🥺 i will never forget how the whole delivery room was full of doctors and nurses amazed of how he did an amazing job my son is now 19 years old healthy young man Thanks to this absolutely Amazing Doctor. I have absolutely no complain about him, it makes me sad to read all this bad reviews that he is old or that he touched someone inappropriate 😢 seriously i don't believe that, and yes he is an older doctor but that just makes him more professional. Please don't believe everything they say about him, i was uninsured at the time he cared for me due to my legal status but we managed to pay him and never complained because every dollar was worthed for the care i got he is a gift from heaven 🙏♥️

This office no longer takes United HealthcareI insurance,
but won’t tell you.
They Will ask you put a credit card on file in case United Healthcare doesn’t pay. Knowing that they are planning to collect over $400 from you for an Annual Women’s Exam. A preventative service that is fully covered by most Insurance Companies.
When I questioned this process and called United Healthcare
while in the office.
The office Manager came to the front irate.
Refused to speak with United Health care, screaming I was being difficult and she would call Mt Dora police, if I didn’t leave.
All unnecessary, And Preventable.
Could have just informed me when I walked in the door, and gave them my Insurance card that they no longer accept my Insurance as of August 30, 2024.

Dr. Pillow has been my doctor since before my son was born and he is almost 30 years old. I trust Dr. Pillow with my heath care completely. He has always given me good advice in a caring way. Brandy, his office assistant, has always been super polite and thorough when recording my health history. I would highly recommend this practice.

I have been going here for so many years and I always have the best experience. This previous visit I had an unexpected meeting I needed to get to and when I tell you they were so helpful and efficient, I was in and out and on time to my next appointment. Very wonderful staff!
