I took my son who was having an asthma attack to the urgent care off S. Azusa yesterday cause it was closer to my house than the ER off Whittier Blvd and they told me it would be 3hrs if I wanted to wait!! That was a crazy response from a nurse who is physically looking at a child in distress!! Obviously I had words to say and ended up leaving to go to the ER where they took him in within 5min just by seeing how distressed he looked!!

Google maps shows it's less busy than usual but we have been waiting for over 3 hours. Urgent doesn't feel very urgent here. Best to choose another location.

I brought my kid with an upset stomach to this urgent care. There were not many patients, yet we had to wait for more than 2 hours before my kid was seen by a doctor. And today I received a bill that shows an additional fee on top of the already expensive outpatient fees for the visit because we went on a public holiday. Previously I had another ridiculous bill for a 5 minutes “consultation” phone call from another PIH Dr’s office upstairs of this urgent care. 3 stars for a convenient location, kind doctor and friendly staff.

Worst urgent care ever.
They always say insurance is inactive although it is.
This is the 3rd time they turn me away and I go to another urgent care just to be told I am good.
They must not like to accept medical.
Terrible. I won't come here again and if you have medical I wouldn't either.

I was there to accompany my mom in urgent care. I stepped out the room to talk to someone . The nurse told me to go back inside the room and told me to stay in the room. That was the first time I talked to anyone, and she said I have to stay inside. I told her I just got here. She called the security and the security told me to wait outside.
Mind that I just got there and I had a question.
Rude staff.

Tried to alert the management company. They have no feedback page. They literally dont care about your opionion.

Went to urgent care with respiratory issues and sore throat. During my visit I was not well enough to think about taking days off work. I just wanted to feel better. I called back to get a work note as it took three additional days to recover from my illness. A medical assistant Brianne was not helpful at all, and unprofessional as she stated to me. "Who told you to take time off" (not her place to evaluate my situation). I asked to speak to the Dr. on hand. Dr. stated I should have felt better after 24 hours from taking medication. I am disappointed with the way my situation was handled, all for a work note. I missed 3 days of work due to Strep throat and wheezing due to my asthma. Reconsideration on returning here for sure.

The parking lot security guard followed us into the building. Followed us into the elevator where he was trying to take our lab paperwork from us. Said " I hope they take your insurance" and then followed us into the lab office. We are a mixed family and he was Asian. He did not follow anyone else.

Most staff are nice. From security guard. Front office are helpful & kind. I had my swab testing done and throat for strep . The nurse who took my sample is so. Rough. I have been tested many times I never experienced this caused me headache , she almost made me pass out and my nose almost bleed. She pressed my tongue I almost vomit. She has a very heavy hand.
