I love the help at PhysMed in Venice. Dr. Baker and his team have greatly helped me for the last 4 weeks since my accident. They are all knowledgeable and professional- including Malu who keeps the place calm and patient at the front desk.

And I am continually challenged with new exercises to build strength. I’ve always exercised but never really enjoyed the work until now.

Dr. Baker takes his time each visit to make sure all of my problematic areas are taken care of. All of the staff is super friendly, informative and compassionate. Thanks Courtney, Janine, Nicole, and Malu! Dr.Gilles is very personable. I was nervous about a procedure and he explained what he was doing. He was precise and quick. The physical therapy is helpful as well. I'm glad I'm a patient here!!

Dr. Baker is a very knowledgeable nice man. All the women assistance that work there are as well. They are all very friendly, nice and caring. When I'm there it feels like a welcoming family business. After 9 months of therapy there I should know. In the unfortunate event of an auto accident I would highly recommend them. They will help in any way. They just want your recovery to be nice happy and effective. Thier goal is your health in recovering from your accident and making you feel welcome safe and comfortable in the process.

Doc Baker, while older, is a fantastic chiropractor and is stronger than you'd think he would be for a man of his vintage. The ladies are ALL wonderful, and make therapy so much fun! Love you all!

If I could give a 10 I would…. The girls are all friendly and really do care about you as a person you are not just a number you are a person. The facility is clean and bright. The exercises are demonstrated and they make sure u understand. They watch out for you and make sure that you are not in any pain while doing a treatment. There is always a friendly smile from the time that you walk in the door until you leave. Doc Baker is not my normal chiropractor I go to another one that I started 3 weeks before physmed or else I definitely switch all my care here. It is traumatizing going through care after a car accident and you need a lot of support, there is plenty to be had at Venice physmed. If you want someplace that restores you physically and treats you like a friend this is the place to go. Thank u doc Baker, Court, neanie and Nicole.

On a vacation to Florida we got involved in an accident with a tractor trailer. Far from home and injured I found myself not only short on resources but also allies in my recovery. Dr. Baker and his staff made me feel welcome and showed genuine concern for my well being. Once I completed the initial visit and they gathered all the info, all I had to do was focus on recovering, they handled everything else. They have an inter- office team that will coordinate with your insurance company/ lawyer. Also no wait times. You show up at your appointment time they have you fill out a paper regarding any change in your condition since the last visit and then you walk right back to the therapy room. In all those months I never was delayed.
What stood out to me the most was the staff. Dr Baker’s knowledge of the spine is incredible. If there is something out of place, he will know. They all put in the work I really feel like I left some friends behind. Dr Baker, Courtney, Janelle and Nicole. Great people. Thank you 😁
